1	Women who are proven to have lied about rape should be required to register as sex offenders. I think there is a miss understanding. Im not arguing on behalf of this sub, i just happened to see the post on the news feed and commented on. And also you said falsely accuse in not like being a victim and i agree! Falsely accuse is like being a rapist! I see no difference between someone who rape and someone who falsely accuse of raping! 1	Women who are proven to have lied about rape should be required to register as sex offenders. What do you mean? If you did something knowing it might cost someone his/her life without the need to physically do it you are still responsible. But okay, i can agree on maybe it’s not fair to use extreme examples (even though the logic still stands) but lets say false rape accusations. If found guilty the convicted would lose reputation go to jail for (number of years) and essentially lose their life and everything they worked for. 7	Women who are proven to have lied about rape should be required to register as sex offenders. If you falsely accuse someone of murder you should receive the same punishment as they would have! How does that not make sense? If your false accusations would cost someone innocent something you should be treated the same. Example: you falsely accused me of murdering your brother, i received capital punishment and got executed.
