I wouldn't go do far as to say majority, but it does seem that the extremists are the loudest

This is where law and society collide.

I think the whole thing about "gender" is kinda bs. I mean, sex is something that doctors need to know to be able to treat you properly, however gender is just a label signifying how you function in society. You don't need a label such as gender to function. You can biologically be female but look like a guy, sure--and that's how you live, and I'm fine with that. But you CANNOT truly change sex without gene therapy, and that tech just simply doesn't exist yet.

I'm not a conservative, but with a new conservative Supreme Court, Affirmative Action could be overturned, leaving us with the Equal Opportunity Act

Huh. I wonder if he feigned ignorance and didn't admit that he remembered having sex. Well, then, she raped him, right? The case would fall to a standstill if that happened.

What was that hi five at the end for? I think they were joking around

Have some respect dude. A guy died.

No. We're civilized folk here. If there is a false accusation, then the accused can take it to civil court and battle it out there.

True. It's not a pretty situation. Credit to /u/N7Bocchan: I have to feel sorry for America. You've either got a man who lies to induce fear or a woman who lies to make people calm.

IMO I think it's a better solution if the case is older just to disregard witnesses and only accept concrete evidence. That way you can catch the most criminals while also keeping innocents out of jail

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the latter is better. What do you think?

Females can also remove the clitoral hood voluntarily, yet it's still called FGM. I think both would still fall under mutilation, or perhaps, modification

If it is the nannies that are actually raising them, then, legally they could be considered parents (it's a stretch, and would only work in some states)

I wonder, what about the gender differential in the subjects of total accidents, casualties, and violations of all severity (by total count and by adjusted for population)

Referring to the female reproductive organ as the vagina is like referring to the digestive system as the throat That's actually a surprisingly accurate analogy

The difference between racism and stereotypes is the factor of judgement. If you bias someone based on race you're racist. If you claim that a race has a specific quality yet still give fair opportunity to all, then it's just a fair stereotype.

Wow.... They're such a hypocrite. They blame men for suicide! They claim that the MRM detracts from the FRM, yet whoever wrote this, probably a feminist, discounts the MRM, become that with which they combat

Well, then, the women have to act as men acting as women! And they better be damn good at it!

I think women should be allowed. Just that they have to deal with the customs: they're not getting long hair or hair dye, just a simple 8 on the top and 4 on the sides. They won't come

How did you set the audio recording up? (Good thing that my state has one-party audio recording consent)
/r/MensRights31/08/16 12:05 AM

Well. We can't work in absolutes. That is always a bad idea
/r/MensRights30/08/16 10:13 PM

Or just keep it on all the time, just to have a record for when she accused you of rape
/r/MensRights30/08/16 10:12 PM

/r/MensRights30/08/16 01:29 AM

Eh. It's pretty easy. Slash the term rape from the law books. It's been done in a few states. Any non-consenting sexual advances are sexual assault/harassment
/r/MensRights30/08/16 01:29 AM
1

It's just that the women can force a man who wants a child to give it up, without his consent.
/r/MensRights30/08/16 01:24 AM

Would someone mind explaining? I'm at a lack of understanding
/r/MensRights28/08/16 03:51 AM

Isn't that simply sexism? Misandry means hatred of men, this is just simply prejudiced
/r/MensRights16/08/16 04:45 PM
24

Aside the point but is that really misandry? It seems like its more just objectification
/r/MensRights16/08/16 04:22 PM
8

That is true
/r/MensRights14/08/16 07:55 PM
12

Yeah, but just to be realistic that could backfire. You need to have proof that the accuser was lying, not just lack of evidence against the accused

Oh goodness, josh is the absolute worst

No but they should be treated fairly. It's not "us vs them" It's that we're all together on this godforsaken rock, and cooperation will yield better results.
