I'm not talking about when both are highly intoxicated, I'm talking about a sober person having sex with a highly intoxicated person. Whether or not you think it constitutes rape, you must think that it's more malicious than just "a poor choice"? That's often (not always, but certainly not uncommon enough to dismiss as "a poor choice") clearly taking advantage of another person.

I said person because both men and women take advantage of both men and women who are drunk, and person is a nice gender neutral option. Taking advantage of someone who is drunk, and seducing someone who is drunk were both euphemisms for the same thing; having sex with a drunk person. This does not mean that both parties were drunk.

Of course not all drunk sex is rape. If one person is unable to consent, i.e. unable to stand up or speak coherently, then that is pretty clearly rape, is it not? And it's still malicious (if not rape) to invite someone over or offer them drinks with the intent of getting them drunk so that they'll have sex with you, no?

Well, it's not really that gender specific. Like, I'm a girl and I use the tips on this subreddit to pick up men. (Most of) these tips aren't about the psychology of women and how to exploit them for sex. They're about the psychology of people and how to be a likable person. I think it's just the social stigma that says "the boys should court the girls" that causes this idea that women are like prey for you to hunt or something.
