3	Meditation and inner peace What has helped me most with meditation is learning the spiritual roots of the practice through texts like the Hindu Upanishads. Buddhist texts like the Pali Canon are very helpful too but Hindu literature goes far deeper imo. In the Western traditions, the Stoic school is good for leaning how to attain inner peace although they didn't practice meditation.
