You have no obligation to stay at a job, but if your reason for leaving is just "I dont like being around women" that's pretty fucked up. Its literally the same as saying "they hire too many black people here, im not working with them!" And before you even try, that's not some fallacy bullshit, that is a 1-1 discrimination example.

That's horrible advice. They aren't really your friend if they don't think your rights matter. Imagine the outrage if a woman had a friend who said "women's rights don't matter". It'd be all over the news saying she should get out of such abuse! Edit: sometimes what you said can be true, but not here. This isn't a disagreement on whether veganism is good or something, this is about whether you have basic rights.

Personally I think the person who asks someone out should pay. Guys asks girl on a date? He should pay. She asks him? She should pay. Ofc if there's interest after the first date, figure out how you both want to do it from there. But don't ask someone to date you, then expect a free meal. "Hey, I want to go to this concert. Buy it for me." Sounds like a freeloader, not a person to rely on.
