As a relatively shy man I agree :p

I'm in the same boat ; 30, never had a girlfriend. Fortunately, there are others means of enjoying this life/world, also it's still something important missing.

It's rather a complex puzzle. You can try to dig the numbers to see what is more important in general in dating as a man, becoming more attractive, but you should also take in account that everybody have their own specific flaws. But I'd say that if your an average (physically, financially..) man and can't find an (average) girlfriend, it is either that you don't make enough efforts dating (not bold enough/too shy), do it badly (socially awkward/inexperienced), or are very unlucky (not the right…

Or are bold/fun ; or go for average/below women ; or have been lucky ; or won't stay long with them ; or...dating is a complex matter, in the sense not that it is difficult (also often, it is) but in the sense that there are a lot of things going on

Being attractive as a man : physic (tall, strong, handsome..), status/money/sucess/popularity, personality (fun, charismatic, extroverted..). So probably, more extroverted, ortherwise higher status.

Probably, as ugly women probably have it worse than ugly men. All the factors don't have the same ponderation, according to gender, and personal preferences.

Men seem to forget that not all women are beautiful creatures who have no problem finding any kind of relation. There are also a lot (probably less than men, but still) of unattractive women who struggle in dating (ugly, fat, old, tall...). It's just that when you think women, you don't think of them. Though I agree that women in general still have the privilege, at least, of having a passive role in the game (which is unfortunate, being the people who mostly do the selection, and being in a mor…

Personality I guess ? I've juste turned 30, and same, no experience. Tried a few times but didn't lead anywhere.

Doing coke is out of the equation not sure if you are serious lol. Going out more yeah of course, I'll probably have to move to a city I live in the countryside so not much opportunities, also nightclubs are more or less out of the equation, I (really) don't like it and there are tons of others means to meet girls and people in general! I'll just have to move my arse, try new things, try socializing and approaching girls : my main problem probably, I have some mix of introvert/shy/solitary/avoid…

Virgin 29 here ; feeling a bit hopeless, but this year for my 30s I will give it some last efforts, trying to improve my work, life, find a nice girlfriend, stop gaming, etc..If it works, cool, if not, I'll just quit life and play videogames until the end I guess. Some people just have it better than others in this world, it is just how it is ; I mean making efforts, with no positive results, I'm not sure I'll do it for years, it has to pay at some point, otherwise whatever.

So you aim for the top 1% (or even less) men ?

Yep, both. Emotions and logic are equaly important components of human nature.

If you are sure it is THE (and only) factor I'd say you should be honest about it, but also telling him of possible solutions (working on his personnality/charisma/social skills, going for very short girls, getting fit/have a nice style, studying to get a nice job with a nice pay, playing the number game until he stumble upon a girl who doesn't mind he height, etc...). Also he is only a teenager so, no stress. Also maybe he will grow a lot during the next years who knows...

Correct answer is made by rich people, run by rich people, for the benefit if rich people ; also most rich people are indeed men.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/24 06:53 PM

Well there are both objective and subjective components to attractivness.

For others it's personality ; I'm physically average at least, but a big introvert (with maybe other mental problems I don't know ?); result = almost 30 and still no GF.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
