da-FUQ indeed? I was drawn to this subreddit by the messages of self improvement and positive masculinity, but this is just a how-to guide to be a horrible person. Sorry, 'psychopath.' This place is fucking toxic. Relax, I'm GTFOing now.

psychiatric epidemiologist actually, and notice I didn't say he IS a sociopath, I said he SOUNDS like a sociopath.

sounds like you may have crossed the line from "succinct" into "rude." It's a fine line to walk.

nothing is more important than my self esteem and my affirmation as being the sexual selector. So much for not letting your sense of self-worth be determined by women

Sound like she genuinely likes you and wanted to do something nice for you. Women aren't all sociopaths looking to use and abuse every guy they meet. If you keep thinking this way you're going to sabotage what seems like a genuinely good relationship.

A simple solution to this problem would be to just stop deleting their numbers. If you know this behavior pisses girls off, then why do it? Ask yourself, what exactly is your goal with these girls? if your goal is to get laid, seems like you're knowingly shooting yourself in the foot by deleting their numbers. If your goal is to get back at them for not texting you, then you're going about it the right way (although that seems kind of childish).

Your sense of self worth has to come from you and you alone. Not what girls say, not what your friends say, not what your parents/teachers/coaches say or said, but you. Remind yourself that what this girl did was shitty and unnecessary and had much more to do with her than with you. She wanted out, but rather than be mature and adult about it, she decided to make it your fault. Recognize what she did for what it was, and focus on making your sense of self worth based on internal rather than exte…

This is one area in which I don't agree with the established red pill doctrine. The general consensus seems to be that it's fine for men to sleep with as many woman as possible, but if a woman has more than a few sexual partners she's a slut and should be avoided at all costs. That just doesn't make sense to me. Saying "because evolution" doesn't change the fact that guys who sleep around have just as much risk for STDs and pregnancy (in their partners, not themselves obviously) as women do. So …

I think your logic behind #2 is faulty. Traditionally it has been the patriarchy which suppresses female sexuality and feminism and liberalism which encourage women to explore/express their sexual desires. If anything, highly religious/conservative women are the ones who are more likely to be timid/repressed/unresponsive in bed.

I think you're right to cut these guys out of your life, and I think it's really impressive that you've gained the self-respect to realize that you don't deserve to be treated that way. Don't beat yourself up too much about losing frame. It's hard not to revert back to old habits when you find yourself in old environments. The important thing is that you are making gains in your life, and cutting yourself loose from toxic people. One of my favorite quotes: "Ever try? Ever fail? No matter. Try ag…

So, you're upset with her for what, not being hugely turned on by having sex with you in a public place? It sounds to me like she didn't really like having sex in public with douchebag either. Girls do shit they don't really want to do all the time to please alpha males. Maybe she acted the same with him too, you don't know.

I also fear that she may attempt to kill herself if I break up with her This, along with the fact that you say this woman is significantly older than you, seem like HUGE red flags that the relationship is not especially healthy. I understand your desire not to hurt her, and I think it does you credit. But you shouldn't stay in a relationship out of fear or guilt. I've been in a similar situation, trying to break up with someone who was emotionally unstable without causing them any pain. I put it…

This. If you want to discuss your plate spinning activities with non TRP folks, just call it dating and not only will you not get any pushback, people will congratulate you for "putting yourself out there."

I think you're right on the money here. It seems to me that game is for getting laid and spinning plates. Success in a LTR is about holding frame and passing shit tests. Plus, if she's the kind of chick that falls for game she's probably not LTR material.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
