Its ridiculous if anything being "high value" in my opinion should mean being a good and kind person, it's about your mindset on the world and people.

These things are such common sense things that TRP seems to not understand which is why I'm on this subreddit. It really held my mindset back on Women and just life. These things sounds common but I spent four years listening to TRP.

I don't even know where to begin with my response. All I can say is thank you for such advice and wisdom. I'm really young still so I try to learn as much as I can from people more experienced than me while increasing my experience as well.

I wasn't popular at all, that's a whole story that I don't wanna get into. I agree, I also think just getting out there and getting in touch with the outside world is great way to just meet new people in general.

I love that you shared such a experience, a breathe of fresh air from TRP. I never had a sense that the women I mentioned were out of my league, i think its mainly ourselves that stop us from getting women we are attracted to although, that doesn't mean you shouldn't improve yourself or achieve your goals.

Well within the context of the ideology and this subreddit, I mean in day to day life, seeing as how most interactions with TRP happen online. It just serves to separate our minds from TRP further.

He completely abandoned his old views on dating and women and is now is a religious man, he joined the Armenian Orthodox Church. I'm part of the Greek Orthodox Church so it caused a tiny buzz within my community. He even grew a beard, talk about wising up.

Wouldn't this make hypergamy obsolete then? I mean because it's specifically about WOMEN dating up in terms of wealth and such, it does mention men although only in the context that we date up in terms of looks and personality. Although if there is a growing trend of men dating wealthy women and these women accepting their propositions, then what does that mean?

Roosh has made a 180 change, that was an unexpected shock.

Exactly, your either a "Chad" or your a "Beta" etc. There is nothing else to distinguish yourself, I'm still scratching my head as to how I even embraced such a thought pattern.

Its kinda crazy because i always picture TRP being in its own little bubble but it really does have a large following.

Things like this is why I avoid social media. I only found out yesterday that I had a reddit account and decided to use it only for this subreddit until I feel fully recovered from TRP.

I'm only 20 but hearing younger people use these terms makes me feel old.

I do hear it in real life, more and more frequently, there’s a growing MGTOW movement here in Sydney. My post though is mainly referring to the people who want to distance themselves from TRP (which I’m assuming is almost everyone here) therefore I suggest eliminating the use of these words outside of the context of this subreddit, I think it’s a small but significant step for removing yourself from that environment and mode of thought.

They frustrate me, they're entire message to men is "be alpha" or be "Be masculine and high value" if it were that easy they wouldn't have an audience in the first place women or I should say both men and women are alot more complex than that. They're losing subs as we speak. Myron is the messed up one, I shouldn't have to get into what he's done. Walter is just a clown who follows Myron's every word, apparently Walter bangs over 1000 women a year, which if you do some easy math means he bangs 4…

Same here, it sounds foolish hearing these terms in real life.

I was thinking more along the lines of a robot repeating the same lines; "Must...become...high...value....must ..become...alpha"

This is why I'm glad there's a space for ex-Red Pillers. I despise social media but I use my reddit account that I didn't know I had until yesterday and use it solely for this subreddit. It honeslty feels me with joy seeing people challenge this ideology, it's a scam, it's contradictory, it's vile, hedonistic etc.

I think its especially easy to be manipulated in the environment TRP occupies, they take advantage of our attraction of women and pure interest in the mind of a woman. No wonder so many scammers exist in that field.

I tried their tactics on her. I guess its partly my fault, at the time I didn't know their "tactics" were more for casual dating, I should've clarifyed my statement a bit more. I've moved on from it now even though it really messed me up at the time.

Imagine unrionically calling yourself a high value male. The only reason these guys use that term is because they perceive themselves as being high value because they wouldn't use the term otherwise, it's super narcissistic.

It's damaging men's mental health, I can say for certainty because mental anguish and loneliness became commonplace once I became redpilled. I hope this subreddit grows more and exposes the redpill further.

It utterly destroyed my dating life. I discovered TRP when I was 16 (2017), I liked the ideology at first because it seemed like common sense that could apply to both men and women. Overtime however, it actually pushed women who were attracted to me away and I spent 2017- Early 2021 having absolutely 0 sexual relationships. I had more opportunities with some of the prettiest women I've seen both in terms of looks and personality when I was "Blue Pilled" than when I was "Red Pilled" and all I did…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
