It’s not wrong and I get it. I’m sorry for the pain are in. Accepting such a drastic shift is really hard. Imagining will be ok or wanting to feel like have some control is normal. That said frankly knowing/thinking someone would take you back after cheating and leaving them pregnant only means see you as a pathetic doormat that they can come use any time with few nice words then do what they want. Regret comes from knowing that door is forever closed and that person would never consider letting…

I’m 34, being proposed to twice in my thirties and approached for serious dates frequently. Honestly women who think this are likely more giving desperate energy or looking at men who are not providers or strong men but actually pretty pathetic and have serious issues.

Gotta second this I’m a women but you are listening too/hanging around low value guys if you think this is normal or opinion of the majority. It’s not at all.

I really get your pov. I think this can be a chicken and egg thing on what comes first. I also think how we word and say things plays a much bigger part “I know you’d like to go on this trip, I’m a little worried we can’t afford it or will really struggle. You prob have thought about it and may be working on a budget or seeing if it’s possible. What do you think is best choice? “ A genuine hey I’m bringing you my worries on this so you can look at it and figure best way forward. Shares your feel…

I think unless you have no legal ID, bank account or own property and live fully off the grid then this is and always will be I just don’t wanna marry you but I’m keen on you servicing my needs so I’m feeding you a line

I have to laugh at anyone who does the government line/buys it. I bet these people own homes/pay govt rates/have a drivers license/passport/ legal car that they drive/pay tax from their income/have a birth certificate/children have birth certificates/have taken govt help in some sense/ registered their pets/ obey the laws of where the live/speed limit/pay parking tickets/ consented to job background checks/ appeared in court of summed. Commitment comes before sex. Sorry but this needs to become normalised. If have sex when a guy won’t even stop being on dating apps then only do so if accept he’s just getting off with you but has no deeper feelings whatsoever. Sex shouldn’t be a thing till you know for a fact this man really likes you, you like him, are on same page, aren’t dating or looking at dating other people. 4 dates is nothing, you can’t even know if you really like him or are compatible yet.

If was me I think I’d have to leave. Trust is so broken and I’d rather be single than in a marriage with no trust and no intimacy

26 isn’t old but honestly reading your post you sound so negative and a downer and sad. I’m not saying in a mean way but think of alter attitude and maybe try enjoy life could be better
/r/RedPillWomen20/03/25 12:54 AM

Firstly it doesn’t sound like he wants to lose weight. There’s a difference between if I could snap my fingers and make no changes I’d love to lose weight/be fit etc vs I want to lose weight and be healthy so I’m actively living a life that supports that. Everyone wants to be a low/healthy body weight and in shape but many people are not. Wanting isn’t really saying anything. Sounds like you meet him when he wasn’t really been himself and now he likely doesn’t feel the need. Prob wasn’t intentio…

Yes being asexual isn’t the issue it’s the lies. Lots of people are asexual but to lie about it is so wrong.
/r/RedPillWomen19/03/25 05:25 AM
15

Exactly. The asexual thing aside it’s the lies, 7 years of total lies to manipulate and trap her that are unforgivable.
/r/RedPillWomen19/03/25 05:21 AM
4

Missing the point. One I really really doubt what he is saying, asexual is by no means a new term and you two aren’t old. My 64 year old very conservative mother knows what asexual is. I remember seeing asexual story on pg 13 tv show in the 90s come on. And even if he didn’t know the term he still is saying he knew didn’t want to have sex. And know from what else he said this wasn’t specific to you, he felt this way before even met you and was aware of it. You mention you have a higher drive and…

That’s still a lie he didn’t say I am asexual, which is very different than not very sexual, by most men that could mean once a week. I honestly feel so angry on your behalf.

60

I’m so sorry you are going though this. Frankly I think you should be really angry. It’s obvious he’s known this about himself since was a teenager. He falsely represented himself to you. So now you are in a very tough spot. That he’s waited till you are 7 years in to this, married and have a child (and he doesn’t want more) isn’t an accident. He has all he wants, a partner locked in, the one child he wanted and now he can stop pretending. Honestly this isn’t far off gay men who marry and preten…

I think this is confused to mean all women want a millionaire or something. I take it as I think it’s important a man is stable and driven. Meaning is responsible and smart with money, isn’t buried in debt or has bad money habits. Has goals and is safe. This by no means means he must be super rich just has a good job and is good with his income and has a work ethic and reliable. For example a man I was with was in this 30s rented a room in an awful flat, was in and out of work non stop, owed tho…

Can’t say it’s ever come up in my mum groups. If I was out with my toddler and am currently clearly pregnant I’d consider it a very odd subject esp for random people to bring up

If you looking at a ballerina farm kinda deal you do realise her husbands family are millionaires? That farm is in no way self sustaining they have loads of money. More from her social media and selling things. It’s a fantasy. My family have a farm that’s being in family for many generations. But it’s massive, a fully working farm.

And I get that just make sure isn’t an unhealthy element to this
/r/RedPillWomen27/01/25 10:02 PM

I’m not saying harshly, I’d just hate for you to one do something regret only to find these issues are still there and if anything will just be worse and now you are without a job and options and harder to escape if need to. A truely high value good man will not be threatened and will trust you and support you. Can you trust someone who doesn’t trust you?
/r/RedPillWomen27/01/25 09:51 PM
3

Oh sweetie, I wish you could see this clearly. You realise charities have men involved to? He doesn’t trust you and that will not change I promise you
/r/RedPillWomen27/01/25 09:41 PM
2

No I can assure you this won’t fix the issue as the issue is he doesn’t trust you and is insecure and yes controlling. Wanting you to be isolated and dependent on him will only increase it and he’ll know he can get you to give up things you want by acting this way. This is not a high value man.
/r/RedPillWomen27/01/25 09:31 PM

Yeah exactly, I can see why that appeals

Even the creators of friends said this. How in 20s your friends are so close. It’s the reason they don’t have most of them marry and Monica and Chandler have kids to the end as knew that’s the end of the super close friends.
/r/RedPillWomen25/01/25 06:24 PM
18

Honestly this is normal as an adult. Most really intense friendships are from school/uni years. Following that it’s rather rare, people make work friends that if changed jobs would prob have no contact with. As get older people have more serious relationships that take much of time, their families children etc and are busy. To make friends is not simply being nice and social as can be all that but if the people around you aren’t in the market for more friends then is pretty pointless much of the…

Not the same but I’m a single mother happily. Left a bad man with a toddler and pregnant and i adore my life, I do feel same as you about traditional relationships but motherhood is best thing and while I’m on my own it’s still wonderful
/r/RedPillWomen21/12/24 11:30 PM
11

This why best not to be intimate till things are serious and you don’t need to ask this. Simply saying I’m looking for marriage but getting straight into sex then panicking about commitment isn’t a good look. To him he’s prob thinking why is she so intense after only knowing a month. If you were just dating and not having sex you’d not be feeling like this. You were trying to force a big talk and been the driving force which is not how should be.
/r/RedPillWomen14/12/24 06:29 PM

Yes the whole thing sounds ridiculous, like a bad fanfiction type story. Or if someone who has no clue have people esp people with high incomes behave.
/r/RedPillWomen06/12/24 10:01 PM
1

You asked a man you’ve never met for money. Yeah that’s really rude and not a good impression, if he wants to offer okay. But just made you look bad. This whole interaction sounds really fishy honestly. Most men who brag to this level right away are full of it.

Sex is important, a big part of it is feeling attractive and desired by your partner. Creates connection, intimacy, fun and excitement as a couple. Too many women let this completely slide and then wonder why relationship is going down hill. I’m a mother to little ones and busy etc but doesn’t alter things. Literally set early alarm so can have morning sex, comes home for lunch during nap times etc if treat it as important (in a fun excited way not a chore) then you’ll find easy to make time
/r/RedPillWomen01/12/24 06:34 AM
2

Sounds like if you made a change in your behaviour and all things he’s saying finds hard he would be more attracted to you
/r/RedPillWomen26/11/24 07:17 PM

Ignore it and live life unbothered. People do this as manipulation and want you to be upset and beg for their attention or response.

Yes that’s my thought too, I guess some just think means men don’t look and like to think it’s not that they just not be obvious
/r/RedPillWomen31/10/24 08:12 PM
5

I can say I’ve never noticed mine looking at other woman, though I consider that more he’s polite and respectful to not be obvious/do in front of me. I’m sure he does notice as he’s a man and pretty natural. Can’t say I’m bothered about it. I can see why a guy who’s intensely staring at every girl that walks past is just rude and gross to be blatant about it
/r/RedPillWomen31/10/24 08:06 PM

It’s possible you are in very masculine energy and this is making men respond like would to another man in a sense. I’m not speaking in terms of looks
/r/RedPillWomen31/10/24 02:37 AM

You are over doing it. You don’t wanna seem over keen ok but you’ve gone too far and just seem disinterested and rude and boring. No one wants that

It’s not that kissing doesn’t show that but kissing doesn’t change the rest of your behaviour that’s not good. Show your personality, share stories, your opinions, sense of humour and interests. Ask questions, contribute to the conversation. Start some communications. It sounds like you are acting in a way that gives impression are devoid of any personality, have no interest in who these men are as people or are so conceited that think men should just fall over themselves but you are empty or th…

/r/RedPillWomen29/10/24 12:01 AM
20

You intentionally having no personality just sitting smiling and putting nothing in to conversations either in text or person is entire reason people lose interest. This is going to be off putting to everyone you meet. Men don’t want someone totally void who shows no interest or is fake. You aren’t acting like ideal woman you are acting like someone a bit messed up with no true confidence
/r/RedPillWomen28/10/24 09:12 PM
5

This is so lovely
/r/RedPillWomen28/10/24 06:02 PM
3

Well let’s look at why you’d want too. By your post he has commitment phobia and he’s engaged or in a relationship so are you hoping he’ll cheat to be with you? It sounds like you really have rose coloured glasses on, he doesn’t sound worthwhile at all. I totally think should improve your physical self and work on self esteem
/r/RedPillWomen26/10/24 10:38 PM
39

I think you need to stop caring what this man is doing thinking feeling or ready for. One thing is very clear he doesn’t return your feelings and you are doing yourself a disservice to continue in this vain effort. He could likely be enjoying the ego boost and attention while not caring at all. And you’ll never find anyone worth while been this way
/r/RedPillWomen26/10/24 08:20 PM
11

It’s not my personal opinion but I have been asked by men if have slept with other races and when said no they were happy. I was rather confused by it. Only had few partners and were long term relationships. I don’t really understand why but I think some men have this view but honestly I’d stay away from ones with this view it’s very likely coupled with low class and intelligence and likely then man is very insecure
/r/RedPillWomen23/10/24 12:03 AM
19

No good closing the barn door when the horse has bolted. How do people think these things could possibly end well. If you want to save it I’d say whatever he’s doing stop with the other men.

/r/RedPillWomen21/10/24 09:32 PM

Yes I did and was very happy, I wish him well but it didn’t work. Esp as you change so much when young. The difference between 20 and 30 is huge within yourself. And while he was healthy and active where we were in life didn’t align. I wasn’t a party person ever myself and people often think that’s the only thing that it means when people say different phases. It’s not. Also there’s a power imbalance that esp as you grow older more confident, more in touch with yourself that can be an issue for …

It’s really not. My mother and I could see her boyfriend was really possessive and insecure from few small things really fast though my 18 year old sister def wasn’t seeing any of red flags. This a big reason older men date young woman as older women can see their red flags and toxic behaviours clearly that young woman just don’t

I married a man 19 years older than me when I was 22. It is actually very hard as you are in two totally different phases of life and view on things. Also he became “old” very fast or less old and just his age. I’d think about when you want children? He’s 39 and never had them will he want them soon, will he want them as he’s older and may not want to spend next 20 years raising kids to be in his 60s when they are grown.
/r/RedPillWomen21/10/24 06:52 PM

These three things did it for me. One no sexual intimacy. This is because for women sex creates emotional bonds (this is not true of men) I’ve found creates rose coloured glasses and sex without true commitment and trust of someone’s feelings will only get us in trouble. Second is kinda think of dating as a interview/trial process. Don’t get attached right away, cause once attached we ignore red flags and lower our standards. Lastly be fine been on your own, if so keen on having someone we can’t…

I understand, I’d feel the same. Really this isn’t something you can solve as isn’t a you problem. It’s his problem and you can support and help but only as much as he will allow. If he’s refusing therapy/medication and you are sure isn’t repressing been gay then really all can do is decide if this is want your life to be.

A lot of good advice here, I was like you and I realised I was subconsciously leaning into it, guys would flirt in very hinting sexual way and I kinda responded that way back thinking was just playful or fine but when I held that back and stayed clear of sexual innuendo totally and really paid attention to making sure these guys wanted real dates. I don’t know how to say this nicely you are delusional and this guy sounds horrible and how you can even wonder if should keep dating him, actually worry that you’ll look bad to him and seriously think someone could be jealous of this is insane on the most cringe level imaginable

Mine like this so I now have booked time for myself. Just like he has set time for his class add once or twice a week or in schedule for when home that he’s in charge and you have set free time. This really did wonders for me as every wed afternoon and sat morning I have two hours for myself. We also have set Sunday afternoon family time

Yeah sadly it prob looks like that plus could look like never with same guy twice that no one thinks worth more than one time. Again so not kind or fair but just reality. It’s looking super available, chasing men, easy access. Often again not fair but true men think woman like this are likely to cheat as don’t come across as commitment loyal types more she wants to go out have fun with lots of guys
/r/RedPillWomen18/02/24 01:24 AM

Are lots of cocky alpha types (I get it I like them too) are more mid levels of success maybe need to widen your definition of it

Well attraction wise are you more talking physical attraction or career success etc
/r/RedPillWomen18/02/24 12:18 AM

Perhaps are things to address here. Men drinking in bars seeing a woman frequently there drinking being social with different men it’s likely they view you as good time girl but no one they’d ever be serious about or be proud to be with. That may be totally unfair but could well be the case

Esp him wanting you to set up dates and plan things I’m sorry but that’s nail in the coffin a man who thinks this way who’s always pushing your head down and trying to turn this back on you is a selfish boy. Good on you for reaching out and wanting to get your life on track. Firstly you need to forgive and love yourself. You can change this anytime. Honestly I’d move, if you in a small place where this is all public knowledge it’s time for a fresh start. Delete social media’s/make new ones. Have a real break from men. No talking/flirting/dating/sex etc like minimum 6months. You were a child when began this lifestyle that’s not on you.

Just go forward with standards high. High value woman are all about confidence and valuing yourself and this thinking is the opposite. Birth control is horribly bad for you. Esp when being on from so young, your poor body never had a chance to regulate and operate as should.

Do not i repeat Not ask/suggest/hint one more time. Thing is men aren’t like woman. If a woman wasn’t keen we would not see some one and then make the mistake of thinking men are the same. This confusion creates many upsets for ladies. Men can not really like someone but think are nice and if woman asking they’ll often say yes, like the ego boost and fills in time, is practice for them. But they still looking for their dream woman. One day he’ll disappear or go quiet and you’ll wonder what happe…

If that works for you then cool be happy. Personally I find such turn off to be with passive man that puts all hard life stuff on his wife. Couldn’t stand it but that’s me. I too love planning and and organising but love my man taking the lead, letting me relax and feel safe and enjoy what he does. Love seeing him as a real man strong and a leader. I do do pretty much all cooking cleaning and most of child care but do happily and love it

Bit nasty to leave your husband to do so much and not show him much love or care by doing for him too but sounds like you are very much in masculine bossy energy and he’s very passive and in feminine energy.

Don’t over thinking and let him make the move here. Don’t try plan or micro manage it

I’ll tell you. You say ok goodbye I have too much self respect for this treatment by you. You can’t beg or convince someone to want you. Your self love and respect have to be stronger than your want of a person that doesn’t want you.

It’s not your job, you can’t make him do it. You can share that you value him and be a safe space but obit he can make himself study. Don’t become his mother trying to fix and manage and plan for him.

Oh honey I’m sorry this is a horrible not at all masculine man. He’s doesn’t care about you, he’s using you. Has zero respect for you. I’m hurting for you that you are being so blind and have no respect or standards. You are not being a feminine confident high value woman. You seem to be confused thinking are being loyal or that this will turn around. This man has it made got you funding his life and he doesn’t need to do a thing my god he’s prob laughing thinking how stupid you are I’m sorry to…

I’ve found this is very true. And it’s why female friendships are so important as while yes want to talk and have support from a partner many times the type of empathy and sharing is more suited to a woman. Your mother maybe, or good friends.

I don’t think you should as likely will backfire. Text best for saying hello, checking in, odd nice I’m thinking of you etc but mainly making plans. Too much texting can seem like too keen, nothing on in your life. Leave a air of wanting more, mystery. Leave good conversation for in person, or least a phone call.

Hi, I am an introvert myself and while I need a certain amount of time to myself to recharge I do love being social too esp after pushing myself. Here are my tips Be realistic - I’m not going to be social multiple times without a break in between. Maybe once a week is a good place to start. This will really depend on your life. I personally am a stay home mum so get a good amount of time to myself (children count a little differently and have naps/after bedtime before their dad home) plan time f…

I think it’s partly my partner is very much a man of few words doesn’t talk much and I’m the opposite and sometimes I think it means somethings wrong so I ask lots or keep offering him things or asking if I can do things that it’s too much and he prob just wants to relax.

I think it’s more bad communication he’s actively asking how you feel and you are lying them complaining he doesn’t get it. Men are straightforward creatures don’t overthink it or complicate it. I simple Im feeling a bit overwhelmed/under appreciated. I love caring for family but it’s a lot at times. Or I’m struggling a little could you please help by doing x y or z.

To some people 7 is nothing, others is high it’s so subjective. Firstly don’t be down on yourself it’s better to be confident. You are not used or damaged and that attitude will be what puts good men off. Value yourself are a great woman wanting love and commitment. Also not every man would even ask what your count is

Personally I think a man wants a women he’s serious about to look classy and beautiful on his arm far more than sexy. Esp at important day time event meeting his parents. Do you actually think it’s appropriate to go for a sexy figure hugging dress? Cause i certainly do not. Good men like woman who understand occasion and decorum.

Don’t think it’s fair to judge on this. He wasn’t saying gonna cheat, he’s likely just going on with his friend. It’s natural to find others attracted. Only issue is if you genuinely feel he is/will be unfaithful. If this is solely you don’t like thinking he’ll notice other woman then is unrealistic
