Apart from filing grievence, leave them bad reviews on Google maps, Avvo, yelp. Write a detailed description with the name of attorney so that others won't be scammed. I don't think grievence will be useful since they all are corrupt.

Judges are not going to blame you for changing attorneys. It's your right to have a right representation. As long as you are sure that your current attorney is very bad and next one is better, you can change. But also consider the cost involved in getting new attorney familier with case. In my opinion they all are bad.

There are lot of grounds where prenups can be thrown out. Lawyers and judges like that. Lawyers will not let any prenup laws pass since they will loose their bread and butter. Men need to push for strong prenup laws to local legislators

750 /hr is only ok if you are in metro city and income of 200 k plus. Else I would go for a cheaper one. You never know how much you will end up paying in-the end .

We had a Case management conference in front of judge and he expressed some concern about the move but implied that it is a dilemma for him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
