That is a difficult situation to be tied up in... You'll likely be obligated for alimony/spousal support/maintenance + Child support. Best to talk to a solicitor. Good luck.

It does get better with time and consistent effort... You have to get used to enjoying the process of rebuilding yourself after a divorce...
