There is this third possibility where you learn to enjoy life and learn to share that enjoyment with others because it's fun. The super serious analytical introvert bullshit is just ego and defence mechanism likely ingrained by past experiences. Letting that go is not weakness, it's freedom. It's not about being an entertainer, it's about being confident enough to open up and enjoy life. You rightfully aren't looking to share shit with girls who have nothing going on. That's just tiresome. That …

Muscle type hardly matters and isn't just based on genetics. It matters at an elite level but it has never stopped someone from looking jacked.

I meet in public first, either coffee or a walk or some shit. If everything looks safe and I like what I see I bring it home. I don't want to open the door to a catfish or a psycho. Only applies to online dating obviously.

As a physio I strongly disagree. It's a shitty motion for the knees. Way too much movement under load. That machine has no right to exist. With running you get a higher impact force which helps get nutrients and waste through the synovial membrane and during the loading phase the knee barely moves. On an elliptical there is barely any peak force and the knee is constantly loaded while moving through an unnatural ROM while blocked from rotating as it naturally would. Yes running requires techniqu…

Running outside is far superior to a treadmill or elliptical. The impact from running is healthy for joints and the benefits of sun exposure, natural light and being in nature are well documented. Also running on a varied surface makes you more resilient to injuries. I don't recommend soft shoes, instead build up gradually and work on foot strength and function. If possible running outside especially on trails in nature is a better option than a treadmill and especially the completely unnatural …

This is just plain worse as the recommended routine of r bodyweightfitness. Not balanced and no exercise progression. The recommended routine from r bodyweightfitness is actually good and I suggest you send people that way. People who want more volume can just do it 5x/week or add sets.

It's good you've done your research on DHT and I might be wrong although I recently read some other stuff on finisterade side effects but whatever. My main suggestion is to stick to your expertise. Do a write up about hair loss that you actually have some knowledge on and drop the diet and fitness side which has been addressed a thousand times by people who can actually add knowledge. Also drop the bullshit title. My view is that accepting hair loss and shaving it will always be the superior pat…

Whole foods and compound lifts are great but everyone knows that and if your ultimate guide stops there it's just another "eat well and lift" post. The only thing you add is some very questionable advice on hairloss, skincare and shoe lifts which imo is all garbage. Basically your ultimate guide is the lowest tier of good advice out there. You can do better.

If done right it can be decent (recommended routine of r bodyweightfitness). With a barbell you get a smoother progression and it's way better for training legs. That said everything works and especially those new to training will see good results doing both.

Guys, don't randomly fuck up your DHT levels just because you're scared of hair loss. It's going to fuck you up more than losing some hair. Also what's up with random shit tier advice like eating grains. If you don't know what you are talking about just shut up instead of posting an ultimate guide. It's clear you know fuck all about diet, fashion, lifting, etc. so don't bother writing a guide and instead refer to actual experts. If all you know is how to block DHT and UV stick to your area of ex…

I don't like the bleeding metaphor. Bleeding men who stay strong turns bitches on like nothing else. Show them you bleed all day long but don't give them a single hint that you might break because of it. Obviously it's just semantics but a better metaphor improves the message.

I think you are misunderstanding what powertalk is. It's basically any covert communication. When you say something with a goal besides the factual content of the communication that is powertalk. Most of feminism is powertalk on a global scale. The goal is not what is said. The goal is power and arguably being stopped in getting that power by a male force so they can feel safe and secure in the knowledge that there is still a strong masculine force in control.

Women inherently achieve power through social channels while men achieve power through physical channels. In this great modern world we build there are very few physical channels to garner power while everyone is socially connected. Women naturally understand powertalk while most men don't. Therefor it's logical that since the industrial revolution women have been steadily gaining power. There is no overarching solution besides regressing to a less technologically advanced and less comfortable s…

Improvement should be aimed at achieving your mission. People on the capitalism treadmill chasing status and comforts are not living their own life but the one designed by marketing execs. When you are on a mission, you know why and you cut out the bullshit the right amount of self improvement happens automatically.

It shouldn't be depressing. It's nature. The survival and evolution of humanity makes males disposable. It also sets them free and encourages risk taking. Men go out, face a trial by fire and the ones who prove themselves get to fuck. It's glorious. The depressing part is that most men haven't found the path and are lost in the distractions of modern society. Instead rejoice in being disposable and listen to it's call for action. That said I get the feeling OP is coming from a different angle so…
