Thank you, and I know that there are. It’s just media telling us this everyday that warps everyone and make them think all women are like this. It honestly hurts women as much as it hurts men. Feminism has become a joke.

Was meant to be dinner. I moved to a small town in bum fuck nowhere for college because of her. So it is in order to not be so lonely

And I realised later on that I may have not worded that in the best way. But you’re point is more than valid and one more people should learn about.

I should say mistreated instead. That women have historically been treated unfairly as opposed to men is no secret, but I just don’t see how anyone in the modern day western countries can say that they have less rights than men. It feels like they have overglamorized what its like to be a man. As if all men are powerful figures who controle the well being of women. One of the things she did while we argued earlier, and throughout our relationship was that whenever I brought up mens struggles suc…

And it’s not only accepted, it is encouraged.

Great point of view. I am a firm believer in that everyone is inherently good, until the opposite is proven (With caution of course). Just saddens me that this hatred based on gender, without even knowing the person has become so normalised and accepted, yet they use men previously having done the same to women as an excuse for why it’s okay.

Truer words havent been spoken. And dont feel bad about it. Although I find it a little dumb, it does not bother me, and hasnt. We were in a serious relationship at the time, so I dont really feel like I was r*ped. Just thinking about if it was the other way around 🤷🏼‍♂️

Seems like for men, respect is earned, but for women its expected.

I try to. But its hard to stand your ground when you get bombarded with the typical mysogonist, far eight extremist or racist arguement. But ill try my best! Thank you :)

It is surreal to me that I live in a world where this accepted as a valid statement by a scholar. I will try to avoid thinking about it as it obviously won’t do many good. Lets just hope the future brings better times for us all. It feels like more men, as well as women who are not feminists (Which feels wrong to say, the term feminist has just been made so extreme) are seeing the injustice some men are subjected to.

I guess. I try to ignore it, as I mean to live my life as peaceful as possible. Just feels like it is everywhere now.

True. And I think that is hard when I feel like I am not divorced from my gender. And yes, she is. That is part of the reason we broke up. I think it is just the internet turning us all extremist, you solely base your opinion on the extreme stories you hear, an instinctively you dont seperate them from the day to day experiences you have.

For sure. I may have gotten riled up and said something I should not have, but I truly believe it. She was not too happy when I said that womens rights existed because of mens grace.

Tried that with my ex. Apparently all my views from foreign policy to healthcare just stems form institutional misogyny and I am a tool for believing it.

The statistics have become a joke to me when SA could be looking at someone the wrong way. 3/4 women feels wrong to me as it takes away from the women who have forcibly been assaulted. It generalises the issue.

What a beautiful society we live in when I did not even know this was a thing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
