3	Police and Judge drop rape case against footballer Neymar. Accuser to be investigated for false rape claims. We have Innocent until proven guilty but it’s stupid in the case of sexual crimes. In those situations it basically becomes guilty until proven innocent. You say “you give potential for abuse by legitimate criminals” though if you can’t prove what happened but the person gets punished anyway what’s the point of a legal system. We should completely believe the accused until evidence is provided to believe the accuser. In every situation when someone is accused their life gets completely fucked.
