| 1 | Does it get better or worse after asking for a separation from an emotionally abusive wifeBe ready to fight for your kids, and skip the collaborative approach. Document, document, document (you’ll need facts at court) and don’t try to agree on anything unless your ex does first. Take everything you care about and make sure you move it straight ahead. Physical properties is honestly a very abstract concept in court and she’ll get away with throwing all your shit and/or deleting your files/wiping our hard drives (speaking of personal experience). | 4 | Anyone ever able to prove emotional abuse?Completely agree. It all depends on the magistrate, and honestly « justice » is left at the front door. It’s more luck than anything else. I’d recommend more witness/testimony during trial. But fighting for our kids pays off long term… | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/09/21 03:16 AM |
