When reading through them, I noticed that a lot of them could be combated by just not responding to her, which is often promoted here. Even if it wasn't just a fad, it shouldn't phase an alpha. Just makes it easier to identify who to avoid.

I'm sure this is especially true about low budget gyms like Planet Fitness, which attract a ton of these people. I read an article recently about all the tactics they use to make a killing on annual contracts, and I was just shaking my head laughing by the time I got to the end.

I think it somewhat depends on your physique. If you're a scrawny little shit then they tend to compound your unattractiveness. But I guess for those who have swallowed the pill, that shouldn't be an issue

Even before I discovered TRP, the whole concept of "marrying your best friend" didn't sit right with me. I'd think, if we share so many common interests, wouldn't it grow boring to just date a female version of myself? No, my friends are to remain my friends. After all, we see an LTR as an extension of ourselves - if she has nothing to add, why bother?

I was recently hired for a paid internship at a software company, and one interesting question that was asked was "What makes you angry?" After I had answered, she explained that the specifics of the answer weren't important, so long as the interviewer also explained how they deal with it and didn't just say "nothing". That's a lie. Everybody gets angry, and it's important that the employer knows whether or not you can manage yourself.
