The reason why could make difference yeah, if your life is high value (to you) and exciting. "Yeah, I work part time at Applebee's. It gives me plenty of time for gigs with my band, we've actually got a small east coast tour planned in a couple months.." Ect, Ect.. At least.. that's every Chad I've ever known..

Also to add, since there's some butthurt going on in other responses about men relaxing too, my wife does this all the time. My responses fluctuate, either it's "sure, in a second" (while taking my sweet time for the second to pass), or I just do it.. and make myself a sandwich, start another load of laundry, let the dogs out, whatever, and eventually make my way back with her drink. It doesn't have to be a big deal either way, if you're busy then no, if not then ok, just don't a bitch however y…

How do you know it's your tde? Are you weighing yourself several times a day? There's more to it than just gorging yourself too, and a lot of processed and fast foods are high in sodium which doesn't help that full bloated feeling. If you haven't yet you should check out r/gainit, just beware the gomad thing they boast about unless you plan on also doing a few hundred crunches a day

It sounds like you've gotten right there, but she threw a test at you. You're painting your frame. u/y00nicorn even said it (perhaps unknowingly) in her suggestion, that she wanted you to make her feel comfortable, so maybe it is a comfort test of sorts, we don't know how you responded. But it seems like she's looking for reassurance that you can be trusted to lead as well as provide so be careful whose frame you're functioning in, practice your OI, and be mindful of catching oneitis.
