Just ask her for help on whatever you are working on. Even if you don't need it. Then just open up a conversation.

Interesting thought, however rejection would be tough in this case.

Then it may be tough depending on your social skills. I remember the first time I tried to do this, when we actually met it was a little awkward I'm not sure why. I think it was because she was very shy and didn't really talk much. I like everything liezah said that's good advice there. Just remember to have a few conversations over the phone first before you actually meet, it will help.

If you guys have never met before it's going to be a little awkward. Do you guys just IM/text? You need to video chat or atleast talk on the phone before you meet up.

Yup. Some employers I know don't even give warning when it comes to this, they'll fire just to be safe.

I would go for the advanced level, but the nearest club is atleast an hour away and college would be waayy harder. That should be called Master level. I'll go for challenging this week. This should be fun. Also, you don't have rules posted. I can isolate 2 girls I already know for a k-close, that wouldn't be a challenge though. I can atleast attempt advanced with a girl I already know and find a third at the club, but that would be considered challenging.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
