1	How do you actually improve? There is an ancient Chinese strategy game called Go, sort of like a Chinese version of chess. A proverb to improve your skill at this game is to "lose your first 100 games as quickly as possible." 2	REJECTION THERAPY. It fucking works. 5 years of approach anxiety and rejection therapy is the only thing that has made a difference. Thanks for the last bit man.
