well because she has a conservative background, shes not american so its not that common to just sleep around and the logistics won't work for that either i can say with certainty she is not seeing anyone atm and is definitely a virgin. it was kind of difficult to logistically have sex at uni where i am from ( as hard as that is to believe) so considering all these things i can be pretty sure chads won't be sleeping at my place

well there are a lot of logistics behind why i am choosing a certain place, as in walking distance from my work and gym which is a no compromise thing i am not getting a car till i pay off my student loan so saving money there, i make a good amount and can no doubt share the same room with buddy of mine ( i am doing that right now) but i think having a chick to fuck in the room at anytime would make things quite convenient, do you have any insights on this?

I agree with this one hundred percent, It clears my head keeps me fresh and super productive. Plus if i'm feeling worn out i might just do 30 mins of abs and get out but the process of going to the gym and working out is super important to me

No actually i am doing pretty well in other areas of my life as well, I just won $20k in a competition last week. working on a side business and perform quite well at my job. It all comes to time management and priorities. I don't do clubbing, partying just not my thing. and an extra hour or two in the gym over the week only boosts my productivity
