It differs from tomboy to tomboy, but in my experience, the ones that are mentally healthy want a man that's strong and not a pushover. The women that want a feminine guy, who's passive, typically do so because they are overly controlling and want to be overly dominant in the relationship and have no interest in anything resembling a partnership.
