They have those big ass crossfit Ivenco plates. Used to have the Olympic ones too. The weight room has a huge dumbbell rack. Damn near every hammer strength machine in existence and all the 20 kg plates you can handle. It's got that odd night club vibe but there are some serious dudes that train there and its a pretty good gym all around. The high price does keep the riff raff out as well.

I go to Gymbox which is kind of expensive and kind of gimmicky but in the one I go to there is a massive functional fitness area and you're allowed to deadlift anywhere you want there. Drop the weight? No problem. Weight room is extremely well stocked too.

Calculate your macros and eat at a surplus. 500 calories is usually a good ballpark figure that will lead to nice gains. Make sure you hit your core powerlifts and go hard on them. Dont worry too much about mass gainers. You can generally get the same effect by being a bit creative with your regular shake.

Fage brand fat free Greek yogurt has 17 grams of protein in one of the small tubs. Tastes pretty good on its own and you can mix in some almond butter as well for added flavour and fats. Chickpeas are also pretty high in protein and are very flexible in terms of prep.

How does a life insurance policy work in a divorce situation? As in, can that be taken away from you as well?

My dad was unconsciously red pill as fuck I've learned and never let me get away with complaining about anything unless I was going to do something about it. Sadly that's just not common these days.

Don't use the terminology we use here. It'll go over there head at best and make you sound really weird at worst. Instead just drop little tidbits from time to time. I was talking to a friend today and wanted to mention frame but I phrased it in a way that made it seem like the "be confident" advice. Something like you need to always be sure of yourself and prepared to lead. Remember that the truth of trp is inherent regardless of if someone wants to admit it or not. Many just can't come to term…

See a physio. One that is an athlete themselves preferably. Deadlifts and squats are great but none of us are doctors and our advice may hurt you in the long run. A good physio will be able to recommend a proper rehab program to get you on your way.

Social skills are just like anything else, you have to train them up and push yourself. You load the bar with more weight to get stronger, you learn about more challenging theories and philosophies to improve your knowledge, etc. etc. Social skills are the same way and the more experience you have, the more mistakes you make, the better off you'll be. Very few people are born with a natural talent for things, the rest have to work on it. Remember that the sin is not to be weak at something, but …

Precisely that. I've found its an easy way to segue a conversation after a normal approach since they pick up on it slowly. The thing you want to avoid is just going around advertising it since that just makes you seem desperate for attention. Its pedestrian to me and people generally respond well to that attitude.

American accent here typically makes you stand out amongst the crowd and increases your SMV I've found. Its the kind of exotic that they're after. I've found that its a good in.

What I'm saying is that you're thinking of it as though people viewing someone as alpha comes from equal parts developed skill and innate ability. I'm saying that there is no innate ability that leads to someone being alpha. YOU have to raise YOURSELF up. You have to be able to maintain frame and show masculine traits. Everything you need to demonstrate alpha traits can be trained up. Take an honest look at yourself and see what needs improving and then improve it.

Alpha isn't a routine. Its not a song and dance. Its a state of mind that allows your masculinity to show through unapologetically. Your actions are perceived as alpha because your frame is and you're quite right that you can't fake this. Thats why self improvement is such a core tennent.

What exactly do you mean when you say he was having a go at you? What kind of things was he saying / doing?

Hmm...interesting. Read a bit about MGTOW and I'm not sure if fully swearing off women is what I'm after. I definitely agree with the whole living for myself and doing things on my own terms. I suppose that there is an aspect of MGTOW that is about accepting relationships on your own terms (ie: plates) but not letting this control you. In general though, I think that MGTOW tends to be born out of the anger phase of TRP and not constructive.
