> Steroids allow you to gain muscle on a cut This they do, and I have the DEXA scans to prove it. I've never lifted naturally. > naturals can't expect similar results Definitely not. My cuts are *far more* calorically-aggressive than any natural should ever attempt. I had a 500lb deadlift in under a year of lifting at my then leanest-to-date BF% (11%?)

because my spouses physical appearance has nothing to do with my work It has everything to do with me, though. I'm not happy with it. I was willing (for 7 years!) to take the easy road and it shows. Would you want to work with someone who always took the easy but below-average option? This the only place I've done this in my life.

It’s not their job to sway a relationship because they’d rather see you out with a woman looking like a couple on tmz. This was my friends recognizing my low sense of self-worth and entitlement. I'm not mad at them - they were right: I can absolutely obtain better options. I spent my entire life grinding into the top 1% of every possible category I can (just to be completely immune to reproach - thanks Mom), but settled for a very nice obese girl who doesn't earn 25% of what I do and didn't push…

This is the kind of existential crisis that occurs (and is actually able to occur) with a weak foundation and a lot more money than one should have. If I had "actual" problems, I'd probably still be with her - more miserable but focused on whatever that problem was.

BF% directly is diet. BF% with this much musculature requires (significantly more) diet and time. The amount of time this took me was reduced through the use of AAS.

She loved me, still does, didn't want things to end. My RMV and SMV are way higher than hers. I am not and wasn't mad at her, she isn't/wasn't mad at me. It was just time. If she lost the weight and improved her career I would consider getting back with her (a year or three down the road), but the relationship was just too imbalanced and I was too dependent on her as it stood.

Yes? I started at ~25%. I've done 1 TRT and 2 trt/tren/mast-enhanced cuts since May 2018. 10% BF isn't hard to obtain, 10% BF at a very-overweight BMI is.

but her friends talk shit My friends always suggested I "deserve more." My solution? Become a recluse - which as an extrovert is/was very painful. (I still don't fully believe I'm capable of more, which is what's currently fucking me up..) They would have never said anything to her or "directly" comment about her weight to me. Men don't usually care about that type of thing as much, they just like it or don't. I absolutely cared, but I forced the relationship through anyway. I would never show h…

I spent 7 years (20-27) in a relationship with a really great girl who was 5'4", 190lbs (260lbs at peak...). We broke up last week (very amicably). At 20, I moved to a new city and moved her in with me because I didn't have the social acumen to build friends or relationships as an adult. I am now 27, 5'8", 190lbs, 10% BF (only lifting last ~1.5 years, very enhanced bodybuilder, DEXA scan verified), make ~$210k/yr, own a home, N-count of ~30 (most from before my relationship, some during), am a t…

I've talked about my situation a few times. I am absolutely not attracted to fat women, to preface. I've been in an LTR with a fat (white, 25F, 5'4", 190lbs, cute face) girl for ~7 years now. She's lived with me for 5 of those years. I: Am 27 5'7" (185lbs @ 10% BF - DEXA, chemically enhanced) Earn ~$205k doing software development in a major US city Have been bodybuilding for just over a year (starting at 176lbs, >25% BF) Dance (salsa/batchata) regularly, go out 2-3 nights a week She: Worships t…

Home is loaned at 3% (bought a couple of years ago.) I was mostly this established, career-wise, at 21. I've always made 6 figures. Did you miss out and sacrifice on alot of going ou, fun and social events to get to where you are now These sacrifices were made in my teenage years, and they hamstrung my social abilities quite a bit. I gave off a "weird" vibe, but somehow still managed to get laid. I don't regret it, now, though (this wasn't hard to fix.) I'm so much better today than even a year …

She's cutting (harder than I normally do), but has a long way to go. Down 60lbs (190 @ 5'4" now) though.

Because I don't have much of a social life at the moment, and she's already lost 60lbs (still 190lbs @ 5'4") I go out solo every Friday/Saturday, have went home with some decent women, but I definitely don't feel like I have the "pick of the bunch."

- 26 - Income: $200k/yr (self-taught, college-dropout software engineer). Fully remote. - Physique: Top 1% (5'8", 190lbs, 12% BF, enhanced. B: 290, S: 330, D: 505) - LTR: Same for the last 7 years (she's a 3 at best - obese) - Own my home ($600k, major American city) - Hobbies: few All of this might sound great, but: I'm probably the unhappiest I have ever been. I hold myself to high standards and my LTR is a serious problem for me, now (she's very sweet, worships the ground I walk on, does anyt…

No - open doors how? I think I have pretty decent mental state at the moment, but I'm obviously 100% biased.

The point is, if I can fuck 7s and 8s with 100 pounds of extra fat, there is no reason you cant consistently fuck hotties. When I fucked the majority of the women in my life, I looked like an absolute skinny-fat nerd. I needed to hear this though, thanks. The key is for you to treat them exactly the way you treat the fat ones. Talk the same way, act the same way, and text them the same way. I think the initial open/escalation for me is the biggest problem, not the hottie vs fatty treatment/freez…

> super corny nope, pretty sharp/quick/intelligent wit. id like to think i am pretty calibrated here. > needy nope, total DGAF (thanks tren) - probably on the opposite side of the spectrum. > Do you act feminine nope, never - i am pretty much the embodiment of old fashioned toxic masculinity at all times. i have great dress/style (i take huge risks and get a ton of direct compliments every time i go out - i expect it now, can fill out any t-shirt). i go out solo 2x a week (my bros are no…

I: am 26 make just shy of $200k/yr am physically fit (5'8", 185lbs, 11% BF (DEXA), B:265, S:350, D:465 - on a cut btw, tan, bald) have a great jawline/eye area own a very interesting place/car/motorcycle have a decent number of hobbies (not super social ones, though) ...and can't seem to fuck anything but the obese at the moment. Tinder is fucked for me - zero matches in my major city with women not packing serious weight. This after hitting an N-count of ~20 in highschool/college. Went into and…
