Bottom line is that he could not have made this money without being married, but he could have been married to anyone. Why? Because society simply does not trust men who don't have families with extremely high-level positions. Is it fair? No, but it's reality. As a hedge fund manager, he would have had a hard time raising money from limited partners if he was not married (or divorced with at least one kid).

That's a BS argument from people who want to protect false accusers. All criminal allegations must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, and the crime is willful false crime accusation. You wouldn't go to jail if you accused someone of a crime and they weren't convicted, or if you remembered the facts wrong, you'd go to jail if a DA proved beyond a reasonable doubt that you willfully and maliciously fabricated an accusation.

Not at all. Big tech companies have 20% or fewer of their employees in programming. There are zillions of sales and marketing and recruiting people, lots of whom are women because they're trying to get men to write big checks.

This isn't really a problem. Marketing is 80% chicks and programming is 90% dudes, and there's twice as many marketers as programmers at a company like Facebook. All successful tech companies also have large staffs of hot female recruiters to help hire Asian programmers.
