I can't help but laugh at that criticism. Obtaining male validation isn't that complicated.

If you are working out a decent amount, I can believe this. Despite the fact that I've squatted 335 5x5 (yes that's a separate muscle) and been lifting consistently for 7 to 8 months, this is not a warm-up for me. I can do this almost 5x5, but warmups? I'm not sure it's as common as you think.

So have you completely quit drinking or just certain occasions? I actually don't like drinking that much anymore, and I've quit having beer in my apartment because I'd drink out of boredom. Now I'm doing that with hard liquor and I'm considering just quitting entirely except for social occasions and even that I've began faking my sips.

This is honestly why I feel like I benefited from my 3rd girlfriend dumping me. We were dating 2 years and I sat her down to say we had to talk about finances before marriage. She out right refused multiple times, despite me being debt free and her potentially having over $50k in debt. She then dumped me the next week. Yeah I was sad, but now I don't have to deal with her debt and if she never marries she'll look back at that moment and realize how much of her troubles are her own fault. Me? Thi…

I think that makes more sense. No, especially when she tells me to clean, then I hand the dishes off to her. It's a service out of kindness because that's how I function, I definitely do not do it because I'm commanded to.

Because he does the dishes? I've done the dishes because I'm bored but don't want to be socially irresponsible and leave a conversation. It's because I hate holding still and want to move and have noticed the most positive response is doing the dishes out of boredom. This has always been a part of who I am, to keep physically moving as part of my ADHD. Is there really no room for someone to serve another in the red pill? I do the dishes because I fucking want clean dishes, or because I'm a guest…

Knowing the harsh reality of the world is much better, more peaceful, then trying to keep a facade and panicking when you see it crumble.

I've been on the fence about this. Are you referencing to intercourse or any sex act?

It seems that way as they try to live their life. In the world of religion (Christianity) it's the equivalent of getting the person to accept Jesus and then not giving a shit about them after that. Happens all the time. We act like people always know what's best for themselves at the most convenient of times.

Well, if you take a look at the sub itself, you'll see that he mod posted it so it could get as much attention as possible. So kudos to you for bringing it, but no, it's not about internet points.

This is such a fantastic summation of the issues that only adults seem capable of discussing. He is going to get absolutely shit on for his transgender comment. I have not studied transgenderism enough to have a opinion, but this man is braver then I am. I used share opinions like this, then the places I worked really started to hate me so I've kept it for myself.

Definitely understand that it is click bait. This current US generation (of which I'm a part of) feels that it's opinion is important, so it tries to share whether or not it's click bait. And yes, it is like that, however unlike Europe, this chick thinks what she says matters. I find her attitude highly discriminatory and blatantly obvious he/she has spent very little time with other cultures. It pisses me off to no end.

This is where the US looks like complete fucking idiots. She is an American commenting on a guy from Europe who wears that because their culture doesn't care. Seriously, I do not understand why she thinks she's so important as to think that a whole different country/culture would give a flying fuck about her short lived outrage about a T-Shirt. From a fucking tatted up guy none the less. Why is that surprising and why should someone from a completely different country even give a fuck?

10 hours of footage and there was no good clips of a white guy cat calling? Bullshit, complete bullshit. Fuck, I'm a 255 white guy and slowly balding and I could get a catcall in 10 hours from a gay guy.

My favorite comment is the first one in this snapshot, how twox used to be a great place. Funny what happens when the circlejerk (or hamster wheel) gets broken up by outside ideas. It's like the world does only revolve around their ideas!!! Surprising I'm sure.

So flip on the TV to solve all of my sad religious thoughts huh? Yeah that's the solution. Don't read a book, or look at the correlating written text that matches very closely to what we have. There's no debate that Jesus existed, there is confirmed historical texts acknowledging his life. At the VERY least, there is nothing wrong with trying to be like Jesus. Edit: The real debate is whether a spiritual aspect actually existed from this, and I admit that there is no physical object I can give y…

That's what people debate over, but I agree with your first statement and even if I thought it was all fiction I would still take the lessons out of it like you do.

Uh oh, you mentioned the Bible. Time for your down votes and people foaming at the mouth yelling "Sky Fairy". Honestly, even if you hate religion, you're a fucking moron if you're going to dismiss absolutely everything because you don't like it/disagree with it. Fucking listen, then decide.

My confirmation bias referred to this comment: This whole thread is a shitshow of woman-hating I'm sure I tried, I could find plenty of posts that do come off this way, that does not mean the whole sub matches this description. It had nothing to do with the humanity of the woman. Reread my comment on confirmation bias now that you know which comment I was referring to. Yet you called someone a troll for highlighting that the bf in OPs story failed to provide sufficient intrigue to the woman. I'm…

I strongly feel you've run into a situation of confirmation bias. Many new posts pretty much sound like they hate women, and the mods address it. It's the realization that, frankly, you won't be loved for being a person. You'll be conditionally loved for what you provide, and when you stop providing many women (and men) will leave you. Many people here grew up with the idea that women will love you unconditionally and will see your true value that you see even if you do a poor job showing it. It…

Can you elaborate on how I am restricting her freedom? I'm not stopping her from doing anything on it. I'm expressing my opinion on it.

Oh, and FYI I did not down vote you. I only down vote people who personally attack people or out right lie about something. Edit: And then I get down voted. Oh well.

I don't think Morality has NO place here. It has no place towards being the dark triad or plays very little into spinning many plates. I personally come here for the experiences of holding frame. I really could care less about how many girls I could end up fucking or getting blown by. It's more about the day to day, things like jobs, social interactions, my current relationship. TRP theories help provide more stability and a better game in day to day. Some morality plays into your day to day, ot…

Are we talking about societal's view of this situation or TRP opinion on it? While I don't disagree with the reality, it still doesn't make it right. She's a pos for doing this, regardless of his assumed lack of effort. Suddenly if he gets hot, she won't act like a shitty human being? TRP is much more then working out (while an important factor) it's mind set.

Fair enough, that's a great point. I don't take a nihilistic stance at all, I just know in some debates people tend to take that stance when it's convenient for them.

Agreed but that only makes it immoral if you both agree on what morality is. I would agree from my perspective of morality, but your response says that the person who agrees to this is stupid, not that the person getting half is immoral.

I've been on the redpill for some time now and I rarely see the idea of morality posted. I don't disagree with you, however I've had trouble arguing that point. Can you expound on the morality portion of your argument for my understanding?

I rarely comment on RP posts because of the advice to shut up and listen, even though I've been subbed for about 3 to 4 months. This is awesome. I am in a LTR that plans to go to marriage (everyone freak out) and I have been wondering why everything is working when I'm not buff or rich. Reading this reminds me that there are reasons that she likes me. She is not my one true love, there is no person that can take that place, she is not my world, we've both agreed on this, but we make each other b…

Then if you're not satisfied by only this, does that mean there is more to life?
/r/TheRedPill29/07/14 06:26 PM

Aside from talking about aspects of faith of any kind, life isn't about constant satisfaction. Everything you enjoy is eventually going to bore you, then you'll come back to it and enjoy it again. Life isn't about feeling constantly satisfied.

What's funny is I did something similar with ex. She was working at a retail store and I waited for an opportunity to talk to her alone. She went outside to take out garbage and I said I found her really cool wanted to know if I could get her number to ask her for coffee. It didn't work out, but I basically did the opposite of what this person is saying and I was successful. It's incredibly subjective how to approach women, which is why casting a wide net is always the best strategy.

I like the part where you get to stone your family members to death for such arbitrary reasons as weaving different fibers into the same cloth or lighting a fire on saturdays. It comes off here as if you're saying "If this one part of the Bible is ridiculous, the rest has to be too." But I have yet to meet someone who lives their life that way. I understand what you're saying, but you're not doing yourself any favors by dismissing it's entirety by sections you don't like edit: and sections that …

Which is why I always call it "Planet Madison" and then proceed to tell them that everything makes sense only in their world. I always try to explain how they should just stay there so they don't get scared when someone else disagrees with them.

For anyone wondering, this is par for the course in Madison. They live in their own little world where things like this can live. Once it attempts to applicable in the real world it will fall apart. Madison lives on it's own little planet and the rest of Wisconsin is kind of afraid of it.
