You have to eat alot. I was 119 pounds and skinny as a rail when I first started working out in high school. It took me 3 years or so to get some bulk on me but we only worked out during the school year not during any breaks. But you have to eat excess calories than what your body burns every day and do heavy ass weight on the reps. Like 6 is the max you can do with your last rep leaving you struggling.

This is the ticket. My chubby face was the turn off I think. One day I woke up and decided fuck it, I'm going to change my diet and started eating salads and all the other healthy stuff I never even tried to eat before in my life. I was the pickiest eater and I never had my first entire salad until a few months ago. That being said it took me a week or two then I acclimated to the diet.
