I actually can imagine strictly religious people either leaving countries with such a law or going abroad to do it. As far as I know, in Judaism, circumcision is literally the 'sign of the covenant between me [God] and you'. Forcing people to abandon it would practically push Jewish communities out of the country. Thus, this turns an anti-circumcision law into a de facto antisemitic law, even if that wasn't the intention.

I agree with that. Honestly, I could see legal prostitution actually benefiting from this law. It's much easier for sex workers to just set up a formal contract beforehand detailing exactly what is agreed on and what isn't.

So no legal advice, since I'm no lawyer. I guess in court, the opposing party will logically deny any verbal yes. Thus, only a written or audio 'yes' will actually hold up. I think a distinction should be made between intentional and negligent false accuse. Sometimes people mistake someone for someone else, why tragic, this should not have same legal repercussions as intentionally falsely accusing someone wrongfully.
