Except its not all, they were found guilty, anti capital punishment advocates may care, and any overlaps of that group with trans activists are more likely to support this specific case. But trans activists don't and haven't claimed transpeople should be immune to laws or criminal punishment. Plenty of transpeople commit crimes and are found guilty and trans activists don't advocate for them (unless the crime/sentences is related to their gender identity which is uncommon), they do advocate for …

If she drops this line on the first date that's not pussy pass denied that's you not getting scammed. Having friends pay for your meals isn't a privilage women have, dates sure if that's what you want to do, but she's said it not a date.

Not on the surface but the cinema of the sub is "women fucking around and finding out due to PPD" so it being posted here and the fuck around comments all strongly imply it.

Yeah, that's fine, I just said the comment didn't make any judgment whether it is what should happen by law, just they personally disagree.

That doesn't change the comment at all, they said the law is stupid, not she didn't break it.

Thats the entire point the entire sub is about women abusing "female privilege", this situation has nothing of the sort. She's at most appealed to her nation but thats a normal thing to do when incarcerated abroad. This has just been posted here as women hate porn as a bad thing happened to a women.

Still not pussy pass denied, this is just women hating. She hasn't tried to attain any privilage due to her gender. Only her nationality. Also she's an American citizen with the right to that speech. It's not total hypocrisy to complain/critise a system but identify with it, and to chastise it is as, if not more, anti-american lol

Most likely if you spend any time on twitter lol, but then again same goes for reddit but idiots with opposite opinions.

Thats fair but I don't think there's any debate if she broke the law it's more how much she has become a poltical pawn. I think she has but either way would have received some jail time. Any american breaking the law in Russia has risk of poltical ramifications.

That doesn't influence it being PPD, she was not denied privilege she tried to aquire due to her gender. It is a nationalality thing.

Hence why it makes even LESS sense to be posted here

Yes the data clarified most European countries have (relatively) high reporting rates. They estimated in America up to 97% of rapists do not face charges (due to a large amount of rape being familial) so the data is only useful in accounting for reported rape.

No? Alot of Africa is alot worse for it. Sweden is 6th worst in the world 63 per 100'000. Next highest "Nordic" is iceland at 24 per 100000 (which is 3 less than the US at 27 per 100000)

You've written like saying transitioning is a social construct is come kind of contradiction? Transitioning can be navigating the social construct of gender to "be" the gender they feel they are, so yeah but that's not news? Trans people are not a hive mind they all have different opinions on the current ideas of gender, so your entire point is not true and a based off a false generalisation. I'll assume by beleive you mean support which makes that point true for some transpeople in isolation. T…

You don't need to have a penis to feel gender dysphoria as a transwoman? And yes there have been many studies due to the controversy of this issue and they find trans peoples brains are more similar to the gender they identify as. You're comparison of anorexia and gender dysphoria is a false equivalence but understandable when if you don't know much about transgender experiences, I used to think the same way until I met and researched the issue. We don't just allow transpeople to have surgery it…

Yes that is the dictionary definition of man/woman... doesn't say anything about sex and gender being the same thing. And no it's not really but if you are confused you can clarify with the term transwoman, they transitioned.
