That brings up an interesting point I hadn't thought about when I posted this. By abstaining from having children, you're removing yourself from the gene pool. It's great to build yourself and be the best man you can be, but if that means being a bachelor your whole life, you're either A) making kids with an absent or irregular male role model, or B) having no kids at all, leaving you with nobody to pass down your wisdom to. In my mind, that lets society spiral down into a more and more emascula…
