Yeah I get that it is in DEERS because of the bha and whatnot but that has nothing to do with Tricare. She's always been under me yet I can't see any other information for her. So deers and tricare are separate entities that's where I'm failing to see how that works. Tricare maintains that I'm the only person she's linked to.

Look, I really am THAT desperate or I wouldn't keep sitting here asking for advice or other members only to get that I'm trolling or not doing enough. But rather taking the crap hoping someone will have some valuable input. I THOUGHT I had an adress prior Christmas, orders again unable to be served, Christmas/birthday gifts returned as wrong adress and the best I have is a LinkedIn on him that they might be in PA but her shit is saying his parents adress in NC and they SWEAR she's not there. I d…

It's not figuring out where they live. It's serving her. He travels often in and out of the country for trainings, school, deployments (based on what she says). But when she does this her physical addresses found by myself and PIs have either been at his parents in NC where she is not, her mother's in Michigan, where she is not, and many other places including some "friends" that let her use their addresses. I said it was finding an actual adress. She's not JB, she's a sneaky calculated liar and…

I never thought of that. So step father would be on there even though I'm the sponsor for her medical? I figured it would only be me. I'll give it a try. Appreciate the suggestion.

We were together in Texas. I got deployed, while deployed she moved to Georgia with another soldier. She had residency there, applied for assistance because they were not yet married, Georgia accepted the paternity test done in Texas because I wasn't responding since I was overseas. Since neither of us were deemed at that point to be a resident of Texas and she was of Grorgia, it became an interstate case with Georgia initiating. I don't get why you have such a hard on about disproving my circum…

I understand the laws and how custody works. I was there in Texas when my daughter was born, BECAUSE there were discrepancies with her a paternity test was done at birth prior me signing the birth certificate which required an amendment. I fully intended on marrying this woman to "do the right thing" and wanted it to protect myself. I didnt imagine id be sent off for her to take off with another man while we were planning a damn wedding. So, because we were engaged I didn't rush for visitation f…

My daughter was born in Texas, we weren't married as it was a brief encounter (I was young and stupid) but I tried to do the right thing and proposes. We were engaged, I had all intentions of marrying her but an unexpected deployment interrupted those plans and that's when she took off. She filed in Georgia where she met then new guy who is now the husband and "daddy", that's where she filed. She actually filed for welfare so it didn't go to court and Georgia requires filing for child support wh…

I don't have anything but paternity and a child support order. So, I'm AD military. We were together, not married. Baby was born after 1st deployment. Were still together. I'm in Iraq (deployment 2) and I get served with garnishment papers for child support, (baby is 6 months) I try contacting her because we're still together (I thought) but crickets. That's when she fell off the face of the earth with my kid. I come home, I do everything I'm suppose to to find my kid. She had occasional contact…

I've tried. I don't think I have his actual first name though unless 2 initials is a thing, how he was introduced by her and no chit chat. Only met the man once when she begged me to sign a paper to leave the country and I wouldn't though she somehow did anyway. Jag and family resources was useless as well.

I will look in to that! I've always been told it had to be served in person through a court courier or by certified mail here but I will look in to that. Thanks so much brother. I do have some supposed email addresses but I wonder if anything comes of them being ignored if I can't prove they're hers because I obtained them through an investigator. The shit part is I even have her on my medical Tricare but can't see address info or treatment locations.

I have been since about 6 months old, took me by surprise because things were "fine" between when I got deployed. It goes through a state agency where we were based back then. The PIs I've hired have tracked addresses but she's out like I said by the time I file for service. I've asked child support since they garnish my checks but they say they're not obligated to release Financials to an attorney without a court order, can't get anything through court without finding her. I've hired a couple which is how I found out she was overseas the first time and more fecent thay she left the last state. PIs say they cant do anything but locate which they do and then shes gone. It's almost as if someone gives her a heads up. They find her, I file and she's gone just like that and the judges look at me like a mad man chasing a non existent woman. Buddy you really need to chill. I get it, you spent money investing in a home with your wife and now that home is gone. I don't think I was being an ass to you by stating it was kind of her to mail your gear. A desk and chair would be much more difficult to package and mail. I mean, it was impossible for you to bring it with you right? A lot of men here are dealing with women that won't give them their boxers. I was just saying you're lucky. No need to get hostile. If you need support you go to your mom or therapy. Your boss, coworkers aren't there to help you through your feels. They pay YOU to do a job, and your coworkers job description I'm sure isn't to play your personal therapist. Learn to separate the two.

Current wife has been battling cancer. It's been tough with treatments and I stepped out in the beginning when her mom started staying more to help. Not a good excuse. She never didn't want sex because of treatments but something about having family visit always gave her an uptick in libido. I always thought it was the excitement of getting caught. Sex with anyone including kids in the house can put a damper on things but shouldn't stop 100. Caring for a sick person can be stressful in itself th…

It goes both ways. When I was a drill sergeant at Benning we had to counsel the boys on not getting married to any willing female just to get out of the barracks and to get the extra benefits of BHA. Those fuckers did it anyway. They married random young girls for benefits so they didn't have to share a latrine. Some said they did it for the married tax benefits and to have a built in housekeeper/warm body. People have a variety of reasons that marriage is a benefit to them. Especially when some…

You misunderstand. I said THIS sub is inching it's way to the redpill mentality. I think I'll stay to keep the scales balanced. Yall are hating in women and acting just like them with a different approach. To indoctrinated our sons to believe women are inherently bad and to groom your daughters as if they're born poisoned is mental. This herd mentality is almost toxic as racism and the grooming of Trans kids. It's sick honestly and not even a men's support group anymore when you can't be a man u…

You must've gone to one of the GOOD therapists. Be careful using logic and reasoning in here though. If you disagree you get branded a woman. I came across a red pill sub the other day and this sub is slowly inching its way there. Just a heads up, you might want to just head straight to askmen, singledads, or straight up divorce reddit. Agree with the potential for habitual cruelty. Are you in a one party state to where you can use a voice recorder to submit the verbal abuse as evidence? Would suggest that and also to protect yourself from false allegations. If she's abusive then it's in her to lie to her advantage. Might save yourself some time money and trouble to collect and show her the evidence of her abuse you have just to get her to sign.

See, none of these are things I've said. What I said did get twisted. I said be hiding assets isn't a way to start a marriage, I get called a woman. Oh no, I talk about feelings of distrust if it were done to you, I'm a woman. Perhaps it was the general comment about women? I mean it is a common theme in this sub for very strong opinions that all women are evil trash. For all you know she could be wanting that money for a better attorney. If you have to get by until then without buying a new home or being able to touch that money then what makes her so entitled to those comforts? Tell her to do it right and petition the courts. Or, use it as leverage to get what YOU want out of this.

My sil did this to my brother after 3 years because she genuinely missed him. They married young and both f'd up. As they matured a bit and realized where they went wrong they had another go. Wanted to say I agree with this wholly. It's sadism at best and mental sexual abuse. When I was at my worst I was drinking a lot and blaming my wife, once said I had to get drunk for the same reasons. Any updates? Curious since it's 50/50 custody which means your kids are with her half the time. So technically destroying her financially because she makes more than you (which isn't a her problem) means destroying 50% of your kids quality of life when they're with her. Al in all its not about what someone else would do, child support is about kids having the same standard of living in both homes especially with 50/50. If you think about it women use to have less availability to cheat. Women weren't always in the work place. Women couldn't always own a home or have access to a bank account. It wasn't always common place for a woman to have male friends after marriage. But if she had other odd behavior for your kids sake I'd suggest she get an mri or eeg. Most mh things are something going on in the…

Married I preferred golf and separated I prefer golf. May sound selfish but that's where my time goes. I only have 2 buddies that golf but can't get out to play as often as me so we just don't catch up. I didn't want to hear about the family kid crap then and I don't now. I must be an odd man out for that. Now when I was in my 20s early 30s and bar hopping that was a different story but I'm trying to climb now.

First, you use your numb nuts brain and decide what sort of man you want to be, would you be without the women thats been there 10 years while you byilt yourself up...im willing to bet dhe helped thanklessly. Then you decide if your wife is really brutal or if you're deflecting because you're bored and ewe responsibility. Then you figure out if 10s to 100s of thousands in attorney fees sounds like a better deal than marriage counseling costs or therapy to work you crap out. Then you decide if ha…

I don't think it's all that uncommon. My ex was a great mom. I owned our home we bought together but prior to marriage and never put her name on the deed like I said I would, I had a business in my name that she helped me build up which meant I was in full control of all of it. I kept her home on purpose after 2 kids because I couldn't be good at what I did having to worry about her trying to keep her career with kids, daycare costs/issues if they got sick....I made more and wasn't sacrificing m…

Folks saying wait until your divorce is final to keep yourself safe isn't wrong, but look at it this way from a child's perspective. Mommy is bringing me to "creepy" shops to buy lingerie for her new "boyfriend". Mommy is also bringing is to meet him. Maybe I'm not comfortable with all this and don't know how to put it in to words because I don't have a choice. Now, what kind of person cheats on their spouse? What kind of Married Ap goes around THEIR APs kids? Theyre both without boundaries. Why…

Nah man, rock bottom is where she'll be when she sees you've been getting wanked by dudes instead of being honest with her.

Maybe she's coping with the fact that you're hunting for jerk off buddies. Can't say I blame her man. Thing is, most of is are here because we're trying to acknowledge what went wrong, not repeat the same mistakes, help each other stay away from toxic women but at the same time how do we as men support a man whining about his wife leaving when we can see he's after some lady boy action. Not many marriages are gonna be worth a shit if you can't commit to your partner. Deal with your sexuality/kun…

I r/Japan life there's apost from a couple months ago a guy asking about kids with foreign parents. Apparently there's a first dibs on custody for whichever parent moves out of the home with the kids and if the other tries to take them they are charged. I would hop on that thread to find more as they mentioned attorneys that will help a foreign man. It sounds same rules apply on not leaving the marital home. Surely something can be done.

Knowing the cultural background for the 2 of you would help immensely. Also, it sounds like your wife's parents are holding her hostage. Are you certain they didn't coerce her to do this? Were the 2 of you dependant on them in anyway, is she indebted to them, are you CERTAIN that she doesn't have shit bag abusive parents and is able to think for herself around them and that they are not running this show? It's odd you not having contact with her alone if she's a grown woman. You need to find a w…
