It'd be a little silly to have a different penalty for one kind of perjury than another. 1	New to Men's Rights, Looking for Insights It really is an awful thing to keep your ex from seeing his kids. Put yourself in his shoes. Imagine if you were having a tough time finding a stable place to live and he was keeping you from seeing your kids. You'd probably be devastated. If he won't show up during his allotted visitations, that's his fault obviously. But that doesn't mean you can't work with him to find solutions amenable to both of you. 2	Feminist here with an honest question--before you bite, hear me out... I have no problem with egalitarian principles and philosophy. Almost all sexism is a double edged sword. For every unhealthy attitude society has towards men, there's an equally unhealthy attitude towards women.
