I used kik during my teenage years. It was bad but not too bad. I stopped using it after a while and when i came back to check something, i realized it turned into a place for pedos. So horrible Edit: after this comment i realized i haven't deleted my accounts on kik so went ahead and deleted them. Never want to be connected to such horrible place

My dad kept telling me i look like a cow when i was in highschool. In his mind, this comments would make me angry and that I'd start losing weight 🙄 It made the opposite affect, making me want to eat more and more. I know I'm overweight and I want to lose weight to become healthier and live better, but it's no one's business but mine.

Well generally my phone is enough for me. I check instagram and reddit. Or listen to some music. You should definitely try this! Ohh don't worry about "looking like a sad person". I got over the awkwardness of dining alone once I decided what others (especially strangers in restaurants) think doesn't matter. It's true, I was feeling awkward in the beginning too. But honestly I saw in a tv show how awkward people get when they need to solo dine, and thought it doesn't make sense so I tried it a couple times and get over the awkwardness. Now i feel so peaceful whenever I go out by myself to get some coffee or a meal :) Food was so delicious, especially the burger!

Exactly! I learned it the hard way but now I'm taking care of myself. I decided that i can't depend on others to make me happy so I'll make myself happy. In new year's too i prepared myself a box that consists of several small and big gifts. PS. The brownie was so delicious 🤤
