You are just completely ignoring me. Two possibilities exist. Either, Black people have lower IQs because they're inherently stupid, OR, they have lower IQs because society is distinctly oppressing them more than their higher IQ peers. Without adding in the necessary social context it is. He says "black people have lower IQs" and "black people have a victim complex, and really, society isn't racist" If you believe both of those things then you must believe black people are inherently stupid.
