we have a history with the practice, 1st it was used to curb masturbation in boys via religious reasons, then we made up hosts of diseases and illnesses that it cured, and now we're clinging to it via UTI/STD reasons, and citing studies done in Africa. The practice will disappear eventually in the US, people just need to be educated about it.

I feel it can help you ascend the dominance hierarchy to your fullest potential, but "alpha" is subjective. Is it top 20%? top 10%? top 0.001%? who cares. Be the best version of yourself possible, and I think its TRP's greatest strength and advice in a sea of angsty or downright silly field reports and pseudo science. Motivationally speaking its helped me get my "act together" and begin looking elsewhere for similar bouts of inspiration and motivation.

This reminds me of something similar to what Jordan Peterson says in his lectures. He goes on and on about refining and honing your inner monster (in this case, the one that desires to cheat) but never having to unleash it, yet still able to. Don't be harmless, woman want dangerous men who are civilized. If you cant cheat (because you're unattractive in one way or another) then she may eventually move on to someone who is capable of doing so, but refuses to.
