1	Homemaking: Tips, Tricks & Questions Using a meat thermometer really helped me up my meat game and make sure things weren't overcooked. I have one that uses a probe that you unplug from the device and wash separately. I don't time meat anymore, I just wait for the thermometer to beep when the meat hits the right temperature.
