You both sound deluded. You know what’s more fun that mindless concern rants on Reddit? Chasing after your flesh and blood giving them a great experience of life. You know how you exist now, right? The only reason to get married is to protect your ROI with kids. Why else did you form a contract with the state? If you want kids you shouldn’t be on BC. Simple. Dude doesn’t want them? Divorce immediately plenty will be lined up. Or just get pregnant with your husband. You know, like you’re supposed…

Stop following the fake family court orders. Unload your cash. Go. At least sit under a tree a bit. Also - peace is priceless.

Mine shows clear signs of not-talking-to-humans much, and starts jabbering even when I literally obviously ignore and pay attention to my kids. It's absolutely grand. Maybe you need to remind her that 'I don't care', etc. Meanwhile catch a false allegation of abuse, the next level is: block (on socials), block on phone. Talk to my lawyer bizitch.

I happily covered 70/30 expenses for early childcare, otherwise was fine with 100/0 even if she worked. I’m high enough earning I guess so no sweat. We all win and are a fam. She got reverse financially and physically abusive and then silver bullet executed poorly. Twice. Now she gets 0/100 calling for her daddy to be her daddy and support of false allegations, legal playgrounds, and facing actual judicial and criminal consequence. It’s grand.

Been through it. Got the divorce. Got the kids. You are correct. Worst aspect of family: living with her.

My friends that have lasted are all connected to my hobbies, go figure. Sounds like you forgot we are not women with the trope of needing a tight group going to get milkshakes. I much prefer such functional friends. I struggled with too much dating though up until the moment I decided not to anymore and lock it down. The problem now is women are predominantly not worth dating, leaving more dudes in a lurch or not gaf.

According to most states there certainly should be. Giving the kids the ‘same lifestyle’ like all the income goes to them. Such BS, judges and courts have no credibility or fairness in family law aka fake enriching the system law.

4500 for me at 40/60. I’m taking on the state and daring them to test me, put in jail for the system encouraging abusive dv wives to walk away with houses and half my pay. The state uses gross pay’ like there’s no taxes, much less bills. F that. I’ve been paying half. Turning into a criminal. Good.

My btch xw turned monster and provoking once she learned she could go ride random diks, take my house, sleep in my bed, and made 5k/month for nothing but a call to the police and her lawyers. Fck risking all that again for a closet whore con artist. Women have to go extra far to prove they are not just repeats of this modern trash woman era. You asked for it. Paying for it is so much cheaper and better. I still haven’t but the freedom to is lovely. I do have other ways still lol.

lol your viewpoint is all wrong. You don’t care about ‘a night out’ after you have kids and start a family. Especially if you just started a family. That is your life. It’s awesome. You need to get away from it? You have just an opinion and no experience I suspect, and this is more misandry. My wife became literally jealous of the stronger bonds that I developed with the children than she had - in no small part to my loving calm demeanor, vs her toxic raging and hateful screaming and needlessly …

I don’t follow the ‘get married after 45’ vs being 30 attracting better prospects. If you get a good catch in your 30s I’d say go for it. I interpreted what you wrote first as ‘only be married until 45’. I totally dig that logic lol. The sky opens I bet!

That’s generalizing I’d say. I was completely dedicated and involved in 2x newborn processes to toddler stage, and relished being 100% involved everywhere that I could. Fights broke out for who got to do pickup/dropoffs at daycare and do playgrounds/activities. The only thing the mom did that I couldn’t was breastfeed. And I made her life heaven in terms of food shelter and care. And yet, she still turned into an ungrateful monster who sought out separating me from my children (2 boys, mind you)…

My kids 2 and 5 have adapted fully. I got silver bullet ejected from the marital home, but the kids prefer to come to my normal place that predates the relationship, but also a random nearby apartment to be near schools. And yet, still they cheer for me and plot to end her, fr (I don’t condone), and cry at the sight of being near her drop off. Two year old even says “mom you can leave now” on a couple random ‘join us’ dates (I ironically call them). Two boys, maybe that’s the reason? My bond was…

No she is 100% a stranger that’s never talked of by the kids ( 2 at or under 5) during my times, so there’s zero discussion of such celebrations or dates. Let them decide for themselves on future mother’s days. Other way of understanding: I saw my dad get my mom Mother’s Day gifts, not encouraging us to do the same until it was our own idea. Ex gets no birthday texts, no Mother’s Day celebrations after doing her best to tear apart lives of children. The kids already have an impression and detest…

The most magical thing I've discovered (much less time betrothed/tied down) is that hermit mode is acceptable, new (old) hobbies are acceptable, going out is acceptable, staying in is acceptable. Making new friends that are ladies is acceptable, even more friends that are dudes, many in similar situations, is acceptable. In sum: you can embody the freedom that your human body is able to provide, not locked into various control apparati (marriage, contracts with states, is a HUGE CONTROL APPARATU…

My corporate wannabe boss man wife turned into a SAHM part time worker: to juice child support including daycare 50+% of my take home. I take issue with the court, and have only been paying half. My wife made only blithe remarks about "why don't you just sign papers" or move back to my other house (yeah, I bought her one and kept one). Only discussions were her dragging me to her personal therapist where they both tried to convince me to move on with a fucking Dr. telling us"you can get divorced for any reason you want now". Women bad, and children are worth it but decision you have to make is whether you accept the welfare system you are entering into - the likelihood that she’s looking for a long term payday. By and large, her plan is to leave you. Tough going in with that mindset and being prepared. The court system is not there for unbiased legality and fairness, nor the children. They get paid by you just as much as the woman.

Same boat but luckily(?) in my 40s. You went through the scam of marriage early, which could be interpreted as good with plenty of time for the future. Friends of mine describe my similar almost-repulsion/no interest in dating women (putting up with their inevitable shit). Mine was the opposite but initiated the hostile silver bullet try putting me in jail route. She was almost making six figures and figured she was on her way to not needing me. Now she's on welfare of my child support which fully supports her as an unemployed, new-age SAHM POS. She slept in separate bed for half a year also, but w a newborn as an excuse. The family law system is not legal, it is a biased system meant to create the control and whirlpool sucking away of the family's resources: for the woman, for the courts. You are wrong and live in fairytale land. Police arrested me because my wife called and said 'it was untenable'. No tears, just her attacking me then me pushing her off, and the rest is history: protective order, her custodial 60/40 custody. All criminal charges thrown out, yet she still wins the house, the kids, the finances. …

BS calculator in Maryland with an underemployed unskilled laborer with a masters degree puts me out over $4000 / month, with no alimony or spousal support. Two kids, one in day care. That's the killer, high end day care for a 'professional mom' working part time less than $20 / hour to claim she's 'working'. 60/40 split (me 40). I do not intend to pay that amount. Come at me family fake courts infiltrated up and down by women...but I digress.

My wife turned into a demon revealing her true nature after kids. It was her that couldn’t handle me being the more available and involved and caring parent (non verbally/physically abusive spanker) than her. Self confirming therapists are the worst. My wife’s encouraged her: “you can get divorced for any reason you choose”. Yeah, you can also. It waste everyone’s time, money, exchange vows, and sign a shitty contract with the state.

Guys DecipherText is $30 one time or something and dan download full copies of texts with all metadata. There is no magic power you require OFW just to think a judge will see it. My lawyer uses to pull texts from phones any conversation any time window at any time. I do it to save on legal fees of them doing it. These are submitted as official evidence. Output is court admissible pdf. Screenshots of texts often are not. OFW seems like a ripoff.

Especially if you never signed any of the paperwork for the private school, you should not be held liable for it. Assuming public school is accessible to you. Private school is very much considered a 'luxury'. Source: my lawyer Also read more: consider moving close to kids/school to take away that concern. The proximity will be figured into the access decision. Another point: if she has a lawyer and you don't, it is not collaborative, and she will be driving. Lawyer up in kind.

State attorney threw out my case against wife’s wishes, on grounds of no evidence. My lawyer (heavy hitter) made one phone call the week before trial and that probably impacted. Marriage is a dead institution and a modern judicial/institutional trap by women, full stop. Think of it that way and feel lucky to have gotten out earlier than later. Reset, reevaluate, and look forward to the rest of your life. I was blindsided but in a toxic build up of a marriage and where you are at the same point. You’ll heal good luck. And as mentioned below. Cut off your ties/access/views of her. Make your own, block her from seeing them, start anew.

I buy the same tool whenever I need it fresh. Problem solved and created. Real answer: you can strive for and inhabit a life without tools/hobbies that don't need them, cars that don't need maintenance, and your complaints harken to my boomer dad being very particular about his tools as well. Advice to my kids: I helped set their temperament early, and will teach them to look out for and avoid women like their mother became, though she's doing a great job as a living example to avoid.

Same but then noticed she started pulling away or hiding it as I walked by…and here we are. I never questioned even then, per hopes she had some dignity.

Separated and on path of divorce. The time to myself has been the best thing ever. I wonder if I should feel bad and like I should be a simp and chase the next tail. Not seeing the benefit so far.

Therapists and sessions w my wife were used as ammo and only to validate her ends. Old lady therapist said “you can get divorced for anything or reason now”. Like what’s even the point then. Therapy is a trap. ‘Couple’s therapy that is, when initiated by a grieving wife. Prove me wrong anyone.

My lawyer wouldn’t get started before $7500 retainer. 4 refills later, burn rate is about half that per month. Also criminal charges - thrown out, PO consented to pre criminal trial, followed by divorce complaint. Etc tally ho

For me after 3 months restless nonsleep nights resided. I had to stream video to first get my mind off things; then I got a kindle and tried bedtime reading, now I am working out more to bring on exhaustion sooner. It gets better, human adaptability even to this shock.

This is out of date for MD as of October 2023 - no more fault divorces, and no more waiting period if disputed and extenuating circumstances, e.g. DV/'irreconcilable differences aka anything'.

So crazy, same story, bill paying, meal providing/prep/cleanup, strain, recovery, sabatoge as me aside from the going out too much at night, more so weekend daytime 'I'm going out with a friend' stories, pay for babysitter, nanny, or stay with kids, which I especially enjoyed without her being there lol. My response: consented to a bogus PO with verbal from lawyer: 'we will file expedited divorce process'. Then my lawyer asked if I wanted to just sit on it. Yes - let her file, which is what happ…

Actual reason not to marry A WOMAN ABOVE YOUR STATUS. Shameful I'm willingly writing that. This day and age man. Scorch earth with truth and all you can. Watch Divorce Corp documentary though, know where your life earnings are about to go. Alternative approach: poor richard, pay for nothing, let time and truth work itself out. I could never do that, and you'll lose all those years.

My abusive wife followed the plot of divorce corp and got me arrested and full custody of kids, and now can’t afford the life I provided so will get child support. That’s what’s wrong with it. The wives that plot this perversion of family law because they’ve gotten too much power.

3 months since my wife falsely accused me and spent my first night in jail. Charges all thrown out, divorce petition from her served, but she has temporary full physical custody of my pride and two purposes: two tot age kiddos. She stopped responding to requests for visitations. It hurts, the children are hurt. She was jealous of my better more stable parenting style and relationship with kids, so she’s breaking it. Yet still, my life is already far better without her. Her time for comeuppance i…

My wife did this plotting. Even agreeing to a rehab and mental testing, therapy for her to vent, that all came back ‘you’re a normal dude’, all was part of plotting a case. Even tried to get me a criminal record that backfired and will weaken her custody/divorce case. In hindsight it’s clear and sick, I had ‘crazy and manipulative’ and isolating of family and friends, but put up with it in interest of kids. Count yourself lucky, the gym is the way back. I got hitched and popped out two great kid…
