I’ll have to disagree on that as the pill prevents pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I believe in science tho Just don’t tell men you’re on the pill because then they will think they don’t need to use a condom. Men only care about pregnancy and child support costs. They do not care about STDs

SSRIs are also very over prescribed especially for Perimenopausal women. My gyno immediately tried to put me on them when I asked for hormone replacement therapy. I’ve never been depressed and knew it was peri even tho all the other doctors before my new gyno told me I was “too young” for peri at 42. They were wrong.
