honestly I gave up mid season one when there'd been almost no punishing and more time spent on boring side characters than the actual lead. also REALLY seemed like he was gonna bang his fake-dead buddy's wife. the opening scene of episode one where he corners that mobster in a toilet stall gave me such hope for the series then.... nothing
