What you do on the blue pill is dig yourself deeper into a hole. What you do on the red pill is climb out, fill the hole (giggity) and build yourself a nice house instead.

English isn't my first language, so it might be that I misunderstood what was meant. "Being/bearing a burden" translates directly, but has a very negative connotation in my native language. Caling it a burden of responsibility seems fitting - what the word burden means in the context of that phrase however, is very different from how it's normally used over here. Hope that makes sense, Cheers!

It might appear that way, but the vast majority of men don't think of women as a burden, quite the contrary, which is exactly why men in the west are in a rough spot at the moment. We love women for their femininity, it's practically hardwired into our brains. The world as we know it wouldn't exist, had it not been for the inherent primal drive men have to go above and beyond in order to attract women. We love their beauty, cooking, cleaning, submissiveness and positive energy so much, that we h…

What Elliot did after he snapped was crazy, yes, but he wasn't completely mental. Sure, he was Narcissistic, socially awkward, had a terrible attitude and was on prescription drugs, but he was always coherent and consistent about the frustrations that drove him off the deep end. It doesn't excuse his actions in the least (everybody's got problems, man up and deal with them) but when a guy like that is fed nothing but lies about how to get the chip off his shoulder, it's not surprising that he ev…

About the Rodger thing, fucking preach. Seriously, that dude is living proof that the black pill is bullshit. A dude can't get laid from looks and family dollar alone - you gotta put in the work. If Elliot had spent his time lifting and overcoming his anxiety instead of playing WoW, he would've been unstoppable.

Spot on. The most important thing is to avoid putting blame on him, and actually listen to what he has to say. From what OP has posted, I'd guess this has less to do with a decrease in his drive or OP, but rather with the sex they're having. If you have sex in the same few positions every time, it might have gotten a bit too mundane from his perspective. You might not be on board with a threesome (which is understandable, don't let him pressure you into doing shit you're not okay with) but there…

I'm a late Millennial/early Gen Z, and even here in Europe, you hit the nail on the head. Almost every teacher I've had was either a passive or bordering on feminine man, or women of varying degrees of bitterness, all preaching the same old shit. The only teacher I've ever had really stand out was an older women with a clearly conservative mind, who taught religion and philosophy. Even though she was obviously way past her prime, this woman embraced traditional femininity in her attitude and sty…

I was given this advice very early from a friend. The only thing I have to add is just make sure having fun doesn't get in the way of your education. I learned that the hard way in high school (too much partying, booze, weed and too little assignments and homework done.)

Exactly this. They don't just give up on self-improvement though. They give up on existing so frequently that they even have a term for it (LDAR.)

It's a shame that their mindset seems so ingrained. If they're here, they're on the right track. No kidding, a friend of mine went from chubby, socially awkward beta nerd to a ripped smooth talker who dresses better than any man I've seen, all in the span of a year and a half after I showed him this sub. The red pill works, but only if you're willing to put in the effort.

Have you read it? It's quite a good read - kinda like a 'baby's first redpill'. It's by no means comprehensive, but I'll toss you the PDF if you want... Or you could just do what I did and find a torrent.

I used to struggle with game compulsion, and I completely agree. For a lot of people, choosing to give up video games would easily be the best decision in their lifetime. However, I believe TRP needs to differentiate between the different reason why people play video games, because some are benign, some are destructive, and I'm a firm believer of some even being beneficial. There's nothing wrong with socializing or mild escapism through video games, but if games are your only social outlet or yo…

Straight from the Tao of Badass: A 7 demonstrates social value through hostility, attempting to lower the value of perceived social competitors. An 8 demonstrates social value through competition, attempting to show greater value than percieved social competitors. A 9 or 10 demonstrates social value by sheer social dominance, raising the social value of those around him.

I'm really glad that this insightful, journalistic hit-piece from Cosmo is obviously not written by a post-wall dump-truck/female hybrid, who's very upset that she's not getting laid. Because it's so obviously not written by someone like that.

Incredible women = Self-absorbed snowflakes. Feminish: They’re intimidating. English: They're Narcissistic and believe that "but I'm a talented/successful woman" is a valid excuse for behaving like a tool. Feminish: They’re independent AF and won’t sacrifice that for anyone. English: They're Narcissistic and expect Chad to be their footstools. Feminish: They have built-in a**hole repellent. English: They're Narcissistic and won't tolerate anyone not kissing their asses. Feminish: They call guys …

Learn your history, fellas. This has been around since human civilization. In fact, it's how poets, bards, etc. ran their game back then. If you have the charisma to pull it off, it's a solid seduction technique.

My point exactly. I'm an ectomorph, so I have the same problem, just flipped over. Sounds great on paper (license to eat) but shoving down food past your point of saturation really sucks the joy out of it. Like you said, adapting is key to success, but so is sucking it up and dealing with it. Having a partner who loves culinary experimentation isn't too shabby either.

Yeah, I guess I can see that. Using it as an excuse to get nowhere won't do anything, though.

Hence the "if everything works out" in the OP. Though I'm all for their workaholic-ism, yes, there are definitely a ton of cultural differences, even minor ones that will impact a foreigner.

Thank you for the reply. I should've probably explained this in my OP: I'm not looking for a mail-order bride, or for an Asian wife to bring home. Like you said, it wouldn't be the right place to do it. I'm not going there just to find a wife either, because what kind of lunatic spends precious years of his life studying a language based on the delusion that it will be his unicorn's first language? Moving to Korea and living the rest of my life there is something I've been working towards for a …

Tightening border control, fiscal conservativism and throwing out things like the TPP isn't lunacy - it's a sound policy and something America has needed for a long time. I don't know how he's going to handle himself, but it sure as shit is great to see the establishment getting their teeth kicked in. It's laughable that the man has so many opponents, just because he's confident about his appreciation for the country he lives in. There's such a thing as nationalism, but there sure as shit is als…

In before "it's not fair that my metabolism isn't fast/I'm not an ectomorph" Boo hoo, cry me a river. The exact same thing goes for ectomorphic men, except flipped on its head. While you have to suck it up, exercise more and eat less, we have to suck it up, exercise less and eat more. You can lose 20 pounds in a month, if you put your mind to the task. My greatest victory yet is putting on 4 pounds of muscle in 6 months. Sure, the gains come quicker, but it's much more of an uphill battle.

Watch out, Western Europe and America? WHAT ABOUT DENMARK?! I'm just sitting here, minding my own business in my tiny Scandinavian country, until Germany, Sweden and Norway decided to surround me with their bullshit.

He's a smart cookie indeed. This is just a stray thought: I could be wrong, but what if the solution to AFBB and a healthy, lengthy LTR is being both at the same time?

"The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact." It's no wonder that feminists dislike /b/, just like anyone else who thinks the internet is serious business does. /b/ doesn't give a shit about who you are, how many friends you have or whether you've checked your privilege or not. What matters is merit, so you better timestamp or provide sauce for your shit, faggot. There's another thing. If someone on /b/…

If he speaks with confidence without possessing a masculine appearance, his congruency will be endlessly tested. This statement is false, and I'm living proof of it.
