We managed to make one quit after refusing to “pair” with her for a year. She was so toxic that no one would do her work anymore, so she constantly got shit for falling behind. She didn’t get fired, but she finally moved on. I believe my boss (a four foot tall Vietnamese guy) is owed a huge amount of credit for this. He’s lucky he’s not white.
