The unforseen consequences of an out of control metoo movement. Not from the women who suffered, but those who looked for things to complain about.

Some nuance here. Most women don't want a man who seems to be an uncaring, unemotional blob. They want you to have and show emotions, they just don't want you to overshare every little thing. It's a big lie women and media say; Men don't cry in front of other men, men don't want to see a man cry, men never open up, and similar statements. This is bullshit. Women don't know what men are like when they aren't around. Yeah, we don't want to see you act like a 14yo girl. However, for the worst, most…

This is a choice, not a side effect. I know four men, all MGToW, and have known them for years, decades even. Only one of them suffers from isolation, and that's from his own choices in life. The other three have robust friendships with other men, and even a couple of women. They are active in their hobbies and are not loners. I am married, but even if I wasn't I am a social person. I wouldn't be isolated, I have a spiderweb network of friends and acquaintances. Even if I didn't, being a loner =…

No one can answer these questions for another man. All we can do is give our experiences, then you use them to decide. Sure, as men we share things in common. But only you have lived your life, know your tolerance level, know your thoughts, and how you will deal with the pros and cons of either choice. Also we aren't women, who tell other women what they should and shouldn't do all the time.

Same with my family. I served in the 80s. My son joined 2000s. In between those years things changed. Between the 80s and now the change is even greater. I had an antagonist, the USSR. They fell, and now the military (sadly even the Marines have been infected) is a sad shadow of what it used to be. Remembering the US Military is still mostly men, the enlisted ranks are largely neglected. Starting with where the live. Neglect in Barracks So you volunteered to serve, to put your life on the line a…

There's a better group for him. The About section for the sub is a list of intersectionality, with men being last. Edit: I went to that sub this AM, even mentioned it in another thread. This morning the 'about' tab had all the Liberal boxes checked, from LGB to BIPOC and women's rights being important, then mentioned men LAST. In a supposed men's reddit. It must have been an unpopular take because that tab is now blank. It is really a male feminist (meninist) reddit. [The not really men's Right …

I am looking for this Bill. Have details? I Google search was unhelpful. I found it. To clear up any misunderstanding, this I'll was introduced for the District of Columbia, the city. Not DC as in when people mean US Congress. [Bill to pretty much Incentivize making false claims.] (https://legiscan.com/DC/text/B25-0436/2023)

You still record those moments, but separate from what the public can access. Typically you'd only need school administrators and cops to view and hear these.

I was talking about this yesterday on the phone. No matter how many examples are shown, it's the same reply of "It hardly ever happens."

Oh you are so spot on. Watch England's current events. The British have decided to set course for cultural and ethnic suicide. They just don't have enough blokes with balls to correct course, and most who have balls are old. Too many Boomers, Millennials and Gen Z are soft. The indigenous people of England are quietly and willingly going extinct.

Not just that. What's worse than this? We know that when claims are made of any kind, especially these, there are people who will never believe otherwise, even with proof they are wrong. So he will ALWAYS have someone who thinks he is guilty, and will repeat these claims to others who didn't know about this story. If he quits teaching this will reinforce the idea in their head (they will create stories like he was forced to stay away from girls). If he stays teaching he will have new parents wit…

I have seen government round tables where they try and talk about men's issues. It shouldn't surprise you that women insert themselves and make it about them.

Yes it is. They made the rules, they should live by those rules.

Thanks for the link! I also found the feminist men's group. After reading the info, it is 100% clear it is about men's issues last.

You're a feminist troll. Every thread is you inserting women's issues, or women's point of view, or making it somehow about women. If you're not a woman you probably wish you were.

England is lost. Most of the best men were killed in WW1 and WW2. Left behind were the weak men, who had weak children, who now outnumber the strong children of those who returned from war. They have decided to suicide their own culture and people. It's sad to watch. Their Parliament doesn't have any men with balls, and their King is just not like his mother was.

You don't have to do that. You just need to prove who is not the father. If it's not her partner, he needs to know. He has a right to know. If it isn't him the other guy, her side piece, is the father. But none of that matters to the partner, his only concern is does he stay and still love this child, or does he leave. For what it's worth I also don't have a lot of respect for the men here who hook up with a woman in a relationship. I don't respect men who father children and then abandon them. …

No, she's a troll. She has a very low opinion of men, and her comments show it, even if she claims different.

This is already a thing, and few men don't have respect to make sure she consents. This law means she can change her mind later, for any reason. So for the trolls who don't understand; A man can be with a women and she consents. Then something upsets her. He cheats, or she wanted more, or wants less, or he was late from a work party. Whatever, she gets her panties in a bunch and is a petty, vindictive shrew. She can un-consent her past sexual encounters and give a vague reason.

No. All you are doing is picking open scabs on men's emotional wounds. Men are here to vent and lean on the only other people who understand; Other men who are also dealing with these issues, and a too few women who also care, who need the same things. Men are justified in being angered with messaging like hers, that's spreading, and no one calls THEM out. In fact you did what we are talking about. Woman does or says something sexist and inflammatory about men. Men understandably get upset. Wome…

I don't see a shelf of books, or dozens of men, writing on how women can be better women. Sure are a lot of women who have no experience as a man telling men they are wrong.

It's a meme already, because of a quote from a female wannabe politician. "Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat." In other words, "Men die, women suffer more."

Not "shows emotion." Shows emotion at women levels. Showing basic emotions is never seen bad. Acting like a woman is a turn off.

I would say only kind of. Yes, men can live a basic spartan life. But the physiology of men's brains makes us incredibly awesome at being task oriented. We don't better ourselves just to impress a mate. We do it to master a task or even a single project, sometimes if only for ourselves because we will know. Because that mountain dared me. To see if I can do it or die trying. We try and accrue wealth to attract a mate. Look at what a wealthy man often surrounds himself with. The things that mean …

The problem is media and the general population (which is the fault of media) don't even know there are female versions of Andrew Tate. Just like they deny Toxic Femininity exist and the idea of femcels would blow their minds.

It may seem this way. In some battles this is the case. But the cold reality is that given time and objectives wars always boil down to man v man. Men weak in body and spirit cannot hold ground that is taken. Sure, they can occupy it. But so can someone's grandma. If I am holding the rear retreat so my compatriots can retreat or regroup, given a choice I don't want to be stationed with weak men or women. They should have been given support jobs. Not to say there are not places in combat for wome…

Ever notice when they show examples of 'Toxic Masculinity' they show a guy who's an asshole, who is often someone other guys would also call an asshole? They intentionally blurred those together.

| The true causes of violence – family breakdown, childhood abuse, poverty, lacking education, joblessness | This has been shown in multiple independent studies, and even UN backed studies. We have know this for a long time, yet these issues are left broken. They are popular talking points for politicians, but more than an election cycle to fix. The only problem is you give them a convenient out: accessibility to knives. This not a core issue. Remove knives it is whatever is next available, prob…

They didn't need to ask, for what they believe will be small charges they usually do to save wasting time. If you don't want the other person arrested you won't bother to be a decent witness.
