I would've done the same thing as you did, but I do think you could've been polite about it. It's very cathartic to yell at someone for being dumb but it could negatively affect the reputation of your business if you cuss people out. Even if it's for the right reasons. Women yell at customers of their business all the time and it's up to any MGTOW to be better than that.

I'm okay with this. It'd tell me what businesses to avoid, where I'd be unwelcome, etc. I can go to non black owned businesses and not have to deal with passive aggressive bullshit from idiots with a victim complex.

I got to be brutally honest. You sound painfully naive and more than a bit arrogant. There are several reasons you almost certainly won't get that promotion. Chief amongst those is that the manager just gives the job to a work friend. Regardless of their ability to do the job. You really sound like Life hasn't yet taken it's first great dump on you. For me, there is no other. I am that guy. I'm the lazy slob. I'm at a point in my life where I know that if I work hard I can get things done but I'm struggling to find the motivation to get out of bed in the mornings after a series of deaths and health scares in my family over the past six months.
