I think saying evil is relative is more fitting than saying it's subjective. For example, burning a toddler alive is evil, it is universally accepted; if you disagree, you have psychopathy and lack empathy. One person might say if you walked up to your elderly neighbor and punched them in the face then that is evil, maybe not to the degree killing an infant is. This is the best response IMO and more of how I would have dealt with this guy. I told him and he's like hurry. This is where I would have taken out my earbuds, gave him a cold stare down and said "excuse me!?" I then would proceed to tell him that I will take however fucking long I want to, he doesn't own the gym and doesn't pay for my membership. They probably do but it makes them feel better saying it doesn't. It's all a bunch of rhetoric developed by the Christian belief system and other philosophies of anti-materialism. I actually think the elites throughout history have always tried to convince others that its true so their own wealth isn't threatened by someone else coming along and taking up more of their money and resources.

Education and knowledge should be every mans priority, period. I would argue this til my death. Knowledge gives you power, wealth, opportunities, attractiveness, and it makes you an interesting person. Being a meat-head gym rat will not do the same thing for you. That doesn't mean you shouldn't work out though.

I'll add this too. If you go out alone you can meet other guys who went solo to the bar, strike up a conversation, then help each other out with the women who are paired up or in groups. I've had this experience once or twice. You can always use more single dude friends.
