Mushrooms are the worlds best recyclers. Fungi take worthless stuff with little actual heat/light inputs and transform that cheap grain/bulk sub into highly profitable products. I didn't. I wasted my 20s with the wrong person. Then dealt with addiction in my 30s. If I had to do it over again I'd do it saas differently. But the mistakes made me who I am today. Young to me now is not 18 or even 23. Young to me now is 25 to 35. That's my range and it's working well. Huge differences tend to not work. But they can. Women are free to work forestry, minning, oil rigs, few choose to do so. I've worked with physically strong capable women in construction. I know some are capable. Often in nursing for example men work longer hours and take more overtime. At the end if the year if mem make more is that unfair? Women don't have anything to do with men working dangerous jobs. I always took it as slang, really. And I read/have read TONS of evolutionary psychology...and it never appears in those books, ever. I stayed in a hostel in my city. Housing was tough at the time and my ltr was over. 9 months if great experiences. Could have got laid like 5 times but I wasn't in the right head space to handle the attention at the time. Still very beneficial. I flirted a ton and did learn a lot.

Overall desirability. Mostly looks. Men roll up hill. Women down. Of course with both sexes not taking care of oneself has consequences. That roll down is not to be rude or callous, it's just a fact. Men and women cross at 30, men peak around 40. There's are a ton of research on this. Doesn't mean you should date an 18 year old at 40, obviously.

Don't kill the dream. :p Good points but in a few spots you go too far imho. My engaged 24 year old friend met her man at 19, he was 29. They are very happy. Will be married next year. By far the healthiest relationship I know of irl. That said if you want a family you at least need someone of child bearing age. I date from 25 to 34ish. Average is 5 years older. But that's just average.. So far so good. I'll be 40 soon.
