Adding on For tip1 and 2. I learnt from YouTube Teachingmen'sfashion that the speed should like like the speed of honey pouring out of the jar. It's coming. Not too slow not too fast. And everything is damn. I use that advice for my pace in walking, talking and when moving my hands for stuff. Takes a bit of practice to consistently get that pace right and when to speed up a bit (like picking a pencil or something) and mixing it with your vibe of relaxing.
