1	Next time try supporting your own? Basketball is a poor example to use. The reason there is a disproportionate amount of black NBA players has more do do with demographics in urban areas. Basketball became dominant in American cities because its both very cheap to play, and doesn’t require large open fields like baseball or football. Back at the beginning of the sport it was seen as a “Jewish sport” because urban areas like New York were dominated by poor European Jewish immigrant families. 23	Next time try supporting your own? In fact, about a hundred years ago basketball was seen as a Jewish sport, and that Jews were inherently good at it. The reality was that the game was incredibly popular in poor immigrant communities, because it was a cheap game to play and was easier than most other sports to play in compact urban environments.
