He was always provocative and this is good to some degree but I have the feeling that he just assumes an extreme position to get a reaction. To be extreme as a principle. He does not simply argue, he just calls everyone who disagrees an idiot. And when someone starts talking about the deep state... Well, insert the "tell me more about this" meme here...

So the new sexual strategy is moving to another country or is this post more a lesson in politics or what's the point? To prove you were right a year ago? I miss the old posts from you from a few years ago, you were witty, funny and sometimes gave solid (or should I say not insane) advice and in some aspects you could even say you were a role model, but what have you become? Seems like you are now just another extremist, more condescending and sour than ever and actively encouraging others to pu…

Well, this is a skill obviously too few people have and you make your employers a lot of money, so the pay is accordingly higher. You basically have no production costs once the software is finished no matter if you sell 10 or 10 million copies, so software can make a lot of money quickly, which also justifies a high pay for software engineers. That women are less interested in learning programming is a different topic and does not make your salary unjustified.

This comment should be upvoted more. There are plenty of proven ways that work and while OP's approach is in principle a good one, I don't think that apologizing to her about the interruption by the other guy is really a good thing. Yes, you maybe show better social skills than the AMOG and make him appear being below you, but you shouldn't apologize for anything that isn't your fault and that you don't honestly are sorry about. Also, it puts her in the center of the attention, on a pedestal, wh…

This is a commercial for a garden DIY home improvement chain similar to Home Depot. I don't really get the point of the commercial but I guess it should encourage people to start their spring garden projects... There was quite an uproar on social media by people finding it racist, so Hornbach will most likely stop the ad.

We have to look what's happening to our boys, we have to look what's happening to the men we love in our lives. One thing she knows all too well obviously is that she can sell this to other women the best if she plays the victim card. Her point is basically that women are the victims once again. Women are the victims of feminism - oh the irony. While this whole video is indeed a breath of fresh air there is still a lot of room for improvement.

For me this sounds a lot like bragging. So let's use some common sense, how would you reply to a male friend who brags about women hitting on him? Two options: a) if it is not happening too often, I suggest to act like a decent human being and metaphorically pat her on the shoulder and be happy for her. If you dislike people who brag too much, you should call her out: Good for you! Good to get some compliments from time to time, right? Great, what line did he use? Omg, yeah, keep on bragging..…

With all things your girlfriend says you should proceed this way: Ask yourself honestly: Is she right, does she have a point, or not? a) no -> shit test -> ignore, a&a, etc. b) yes -> use it as advice and act accordingly Once you don't need to ask anyone or even strangers on the internet about such irrelevant things but decide on your own, you are starting to become a man.

Correct. I was trying different diets all my life (my BMI is in the normal range but BF% could be lower) and I did low fat/high protein for a long time which was quite effective but required a lot of effort and dedication. However, compared to this keto feels like a breeze (at least after the initial 3 weeks) and my BF went down 3% in one and a half months barely exercising while eating double cheeseburgers with extra bacon, extra cheese and no bun... or coffee with a piece of butter. Well, there is evidence that goes back to as far as the 1970ies, but this evidence is broadly neglected and dismissed by the scientific community, as it is often the case with results that don't fit into the current paradigm. I agree that there are more studies needed but I and the folks over at r/ketogains at least make it seem that this is not purely anecdotal. What we should learn from the recent keto/low carb movement is at least, that fats are not as bad and carbs (or alleviated insulin lev…

OP had it that way before editing his post: 10% are morbidly obese (this landwhale is morbidly obese). 40% are obese. 30% are overweight 20% are midweight (19-24.9 BMI). that's not sexually ideal. sexually ideal by male polling is BMI 19-21, and only some 5% of women fit this, almost entirely in the 18-24 age window. 10% are underweight So we would have had 110% here, hence the reference...

It is good because women like manly men, just as men like feminine women, especially nowadays when when there is an overabundance of metrosexual babyfaced manlets. An agressive and brutal look also means that you probably have the genes to be a protector and to be the leader of the pack. Other men have to fake this. It is a gift, build on it.

Do I use some dread, or just ditch it all together? Give up that easily? Just take the lead (you are a man, right?), focus on her being comfortable. Don't make it about 'having sex' but rather about finding out what both of you really like. Give her what feels good for her and withdraw it before she does (#1 principle in kissing btw). There is no such thing as 20% BMI, it is either a body mass index of 20 (unitless, afaik) or a relative body fat amount of 20 %. If your BMI is 20 then you are at the edge between being underweight and normal so you should bulk. If your body fat is 20% you should cut to reduce that before bulking because it is much harder to lose fat if you are above 20%. You can achieve a lot in half a year when cutting consequently, and you have many years of high t levels ahead of you. Anyhow, focus on your l…

Life is about taking risks. And obviously you can't trust everyone 100%, not even your mother or your father. Also, trust is earned and based on respect. So basically you have two variables that you can play around with to maximize outcome: First and most importantly yourself. Even if it is hard, this is the single one variable you can control. Be the best version of yourself and earn their respect so it does not pay off for others to lose your trust. Also, be prepared that people will break you…

Well, I think women are in a very similar, yet different situation as we are. They blossom early and at an age at which they are not even able to realize on what kind of lottery ticket they are sitting on, and many fail to cash out on it but simply enjoy the attention as they grow older. Easy living, CC and everything. Once they realize their ship is going down they panic and make bad decisions. I don't really see what's the problem here. RP is a sexual strategy and if you invite them for whatever reason it is all up to you, RP just advises you that inviting women to expensive restaurants is a bad strategy if you want to get into their panties. I think that in sales it is not very different. You have the best cards if the client comes from a position of need and you from a position of abundance. And if you have a strong product which you know as well as your client's needs, you can lead him to what is best for you and him, a win-win outcome. Also, the personal chemistry between a salesperson and a client is very important, especially if you are male and the client is female, you can be more dominant and leading. Men like charismatic le…

I would simply start with SL5x5, find a workaround for the bench and do front squats for the first few months. This should work until at least squatting 55kg/120lbs. Once you see that you stay with the program, think about a DIY squat rack. I also do dips (use two chairs or two of those) as assistance, pullups/chinups as well as hanging knee raises can be done on a pullup bar. No need for further equipment for deadlifts, barbell rows and overhead press.

Actually the warmup calculator does not add a lot of value in my opinion, I bought the app to be able to add assistant exercises such as chinups or pullups, hanging knee raises, planks. For warmup (squats, 70 kg currently), I do 1x5 empty bar; 10x leg raises (2x front); 1x5 empty bar; 10x leg raises (2x side); 1x5 40 kg; hip and shoulder warmup, light stretching; 1x3 55 kg, then go for it. Cheating is promising to do something and then breaking that promise. Is that something a man in power does or even has to do? Would your grandpa be proud? Probably not. In a place of abundance you can communicate your agenda openly and especially when there is abundance it would not hurt your results much. You only have to lie about that if you are afraid to lose her which is a sign of low abundance or a contract you want to step out of but are too afraid to void.

You are probably right when you say that guys who have game don't go their own way, but I am also sure that men who have options will rather not commit to a feminist woman, why should they when they have other options? This is also a way of opting out and this affects women in the short term. There are less and less avialable high quality men. Hilarious comment, but also so true. If a man doesn't have his shit together and likes to live on easy mode, only a massive negative stimulus can induce any real change... You can't make a warrior without war. 20% success rate? No way...

100% right. Judge her actions, not her words. Still it is interesting to think about why they act in such a contradictory way - because it shows us how much a good frame is worth: It is not important what they say, but what they are talking about. "I don't do X, I'm not a X!" Means she was thinking about X a lot, she probably thinks that you expect it from her, she somehow likes the thought and she doesn't want it to get out of hand, she doesn't want to appear as a slut so she says something to …

But the issue is that if I take my dad in later on in life, no woman will in their right mind want to marry me. Think about that sentence once more. 1) You are a man who takes care of his beloved ones and this is a huge value, especially for women. 2) I see that having a stable relationship with a wife and children is on your priority list for the future, which is perfectly okay. But if you follow and live TRP values, you are the price and you should decide on who is worth to settle down with.

...and women are evil yadda yadda. TRP does not say this at all. It teaches us the true sexual nature and strategy of women which is very different from that of men. It is also very different from what mainstream media tell us. In a time where women educate their sons to feminist values, a man can not only easily get hurt but also is forced to realize at some point in his life that all that he has been told about women was actually wrong. That it did not serve to make himself happy, but to make …

I started (again) with SL5x5 two months ago together with a friend. We decided to go Mon, Wed, Fri, meeting at 5:30 at the gym. So far it worked quite well, the hardest part is getting out of bed, but as I know someone is waiting there for me I didn't skip a training yet (that we didn't decide to skip on the day before). Fridays are hard, usually we do that on Saturday later in the morning... If someone is late, the other one starts. After a proper warm-up (10-15 min on the ergometer to get me s…

Well, obsessed definitively has a negative meaning. And if you do nothing but pursue your goals and start becoming burnt out or neglegt other things that should be important to you as well (acting against your own values) thats when you are obsessed with something and that is when what you do is negative for you, even by your own standards. Also, when I was obsessed with things in the past, I tended to overdo it to the point that the thing I loved doing suddenly didn't give me any joy anymore, t…

Just one minor comment: The de-novo lipogenesis is the biosynthesis of fat(ty acids) from excess carbohydrates, but that has not really much to do with the forming of new fat cells. Of course, the differentiation of fibroblasts to pre-adipocytes to adipocytes is depending on beneficial nutritional conditions, but also on hormonal status of the person. What you wanted to say is that there are two sources from which fat in the body can come from: de-novo synthesis from carbs and uptake of fat thro…

Feminism is a sexual strategy to maximise resources, options, protection, status and rights for women. 100% right. Emphasize here is on maximise which does not mean equalize or to make anything more fair. It is only sold as that.

As a "big fan" you should know the rule You don't shit where you eat. Your friend is well advised to follow that rule. Most of the people he works with are very convinced that she likes him. Most of the people are idiots. Aka blue pill. They don't see the matrix. They are lacking information. Information like that she has something going on in the background which btw has a higher priority for her than your friend. Now if she doesn't flirt with him because she likes him, why then? Sounds like you know some ways or use some phrases to act red pill, but also like you don't really live it. There is no such thing as "today I'm gonna try the good old red pill approach". As the captain, alpha, leader or however you call it, you are the one who makes and has a plan, so you also set the dates, thats right. But being the captain is something you not simply jump into like a role, you have to earn it. Also, you live a fulfilled and busy life, because you yourself, your career and yo…

What did you do after you dressed up, escalated and got a no again? Did you stay or leave? If your position is sex or I'm gone, you should leave at some point. Definitely go to the party! Don't ignore her (don't act butthurt) but focus on other people - game the shit out of other women! Turn the whole thing around, she's the one who is not going to have sex. Of course, this only works in an environment where you have game and overabundance and she has not.

Of course the job also matters when we are talking about relationships! But she seems to have good job already and she says she lacks in the looks department - I just meant that a woman can't overcompensate for that with a nice prestiguous position like a man can, where looks don't matter as much.

how else to improve SMV That's very interesting because it is a common misconception. A guy might be attractive for you if he is successful in his job but it doesn't work like that the other way round. I mean it is good if you have a decent job, it says a lot of positive things about you but it is nothing that makes you ATTRACTIVE for men. Men are visual creatures and for women, there are other ways to increase their SMV. SMV as in SEXUAL market value. As in be sexy. And sexy doesn't necessarily…

Lone wolf or not, you are right. they are convinced that your decision will be the best for the group. I'd say that is most important. Even if you are not the person who decides, you can say your opinion on what should be done. If they decide not to follow that, you don't have to go your own way (if the decision is not too far from your principles) but stay with the group (they are your friends after all). Re-read Sex God Method. For me that sounds like a shit test and a invitation for more dominance, especially when brought up during sex. It's actually a good starting point from where you could start off dominant using dread and telling her how you went to town with the other girls (only when she's really aroused, don't break her immersion), then going towards dirty talk and telling her that you prefer her over the others (her's is the best pussy how ever you would describe that) and then give he…

You are changing! You yourself, your goals and also your values. Like in a project, you should take some time to think and to adapt to those changes from time to time. So my advice is to grab a pen and a sheet of paper and write down what you want from life and what you would have to do or sacrifice for it and find a concept that feels right for you. It was simply very obvious that it was a attention thing for them, they had lots of dates, often more than one in one evening, they said things like he was an idiot, but he had a nice car, that 95% of their matches are losers or creepy (even though they matched them in the first place...). They were bragging about which "handsome" guys matched and went on a date with them, but also admitting that on the date it didn't really work, probably because she wasn't beautiful enough for him. Very good point. I think that those were not their darkest, deepest secrets, I'd rather say they were bragging. This doesn't make too much sense when you see how OP felt and other men would feel about it but I like to think that women nowadays try to be attractive in ways that work for men, probably to get more power over other women. I had the dubious honor to listen to the talk that two female coworkers had yesterday about their new-found hobby, Tinder. They weren't even drunk and it was disgu…

For me, being alpha means doing the right thing, and sometimes it is necessary to fight and sometimes it is better and more powerful to ignore someone who tries to confront you or to defuse a tight situation with being cool and humorous... It all depends on the context, but generally you put it right when you said that not being afraid of confrontation is an alpha quality.

The problem with low self-esteem and depending on female validation is that women know EXACTLY when a man has those issues and some of them use that to manipulate you with IOIs and flirting. And it really gives you a kick in the balls when you realize that they manipulate you not to get you into their bed, but for other things that are more of the hamster's taste... Thats also why TRP preaches that men don't flirt - men approach and escalate, so work on getting better at that!

Yes you are right of course. Still, most of the commenters here seem to try to place themselves and their opinion above OP's and I suspect that their critizism comes from a 'I've read more theory than you and it contradicts what I know' position rather than from a 'I have more practical experience than you and in my experience it works better in a different way' position.

One chapter is about the "taoist thrust": basically when you penetrate her for the first time, you only put the tip of your dick in and tease her about it, "well, you want my whole dick? I am not sure if you deserve it, I will not give it to you, say please..." like that. While you talk you go on to make 9 fast and shallow thrusts, the tenth is a very slow and very deep one. The whole thing is a hoop. You don't agree on a "date" (and it is everything but a date) with two other people. For her, you are now in the perfect orbiter position. There will be no sex (because not possible on a double date), but you are willing to follow her just for the nonexistent chance of it (it's a Tinder "date" after all...). So she gets the validation she needs and you get to know her shitty friends. She wins, you lose.

You're welcome. Well at the point where you ask her for her number, she usually has not much information about you and you definitely don't want to come over too nice but rather show that you know what you want, that you are not shy to work towards a goal even if it might come over bold and most importantly that you enjoy the situation. IMHO you shouldn't say anything about the other guy(s) at all - I hear her much more simply stating that she didn't like it (or she doubts that she will like it), and that's the point where OP should have said something like "Well it is quite unlikely for you to fall in love with anal right from the first time on - just tell me if there is a problem but I will make sure that you will like it..." Probably as bad. To be indifferent is what you are looking for. You shouldn't see them as godesses neither as sluts. Also, if you make a lot of money and that makes you happy, women will be attracted, but you have to find out what makes you truly happy (maybe it isn't money for you) and do that - actually then you don't need any women at all, you become independent and that is (one thing) women like.

Yeah, so much true. When she says something like this she already felt where the situation was heading and realized she has to come to a decision. Her conscious mind tries to keep the defenses up, which tells you how far it already is... And it is also a shit test, so don't give up if she says something like that. But if the conversation totally lacks sex as a topic, it's a good sign that there is no enough attraction or she has a low sex drive.

That's the first step! Go into yourself and examine what is the behavior of a mature man/person in general. Don't take too much stuff right out of the books but rather find out what your own values really are, what your own picture of being 'manly' is. If you know these things deep inside you, there is no way that "girly" stuff can confuse you! For me, David De'angelo's on being a man and Deida's way of the superior male were good.
