Well considering I have gone from 280 to 225 in a year thats about 4 and a half lbs a month not considering that I’ve been plateaued for about 2 months or so now. Just for reference what I currently do is I lift 3-4 times a week and cardio every day for about an hour. I walk with a 40lbs vest and 10lbs leg weights. I should be shredding by now I am drenched in sweat by the time 30 minutes are up.
