I'd guess she has a boyfriend she's not telling you about

You built plenty of comfort bro. You escalated on her in other ways (touching, verbals) and you didn't push it farther because it sounds like you don't trust yourself. Also the fact that she was asking about your relationship status was a MAJOR ioi begging you to make a move

No, which is likely why she was on her phone the whole time. He literally invited her to his place (after never once kissing her), and didn't make a move.

See this challenge as an opportunity to improve your text/phone game For example, I've been A/B testing tinder openers/common message replies/profiles. Results are slowly getting better day-by-day.

You do neither. Don't look for IOIs to approach. Just do it then look are IOIs once you're in set

Nothing fancy. Just direct and to the point. I like it. My sticking is indirectly giving them an excuse to leave when I ask what they're up to - I say "Are you super busy right now?", instead of "What are you up to?"

You didn't fail. You can get it next time you see her. I'm no expert in the subject matter, but I like to get the outright rejection from her instead of wondering what she actually thought. Gives me closure. A lot of the pros prefer to skate the line just before they get the rejection because they don't like the aura it creates in the conversation though.

Should've gotten her phone number. She gave you a vague excuse as to why she couldn't hang out with you. If she gave the number (and it was legit), then you know she was telling the truth.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
