I'm a capitalist so I have no problem with only fans in general. I see it the same way I view casinos, fast food, mlm businesses, and drugs. You should have the ability to do it but its hella degenerate and will cause you to have a worse life in the long run. Strange that you get brain fog from working out. Usually it makes my blood pump and it helped me with doing schoolwork in the mornings (felt much more focused). But I did distance running not strength stuff. I'd say workout-work-guitar. You could just do longer sessions of guitar/workout but split on different days. Targeted use of caffeine would probably solve some problems.

The way I see it mgtow is the superior cultural algorithm for men and I suspect humans as a whole. A smart phone is a fantastic tool that can solve many problems so take an honest look at what you need your phone for and don't let the weak part of your brain corrupt you. I disagree. I don't care how people choose to use their bodies behind closed doors.
